Not for me i'm afraid. The decor is trying to look opulent and lux, but mostly looks tacky. It is a huge resturant and although theyve tried to divide the areas, but it feeling like a food court in an airport lounge. The flat breads given pre meal were not good, but the dips were good. I did'nt like the atmosphere and it became noisy at times because they have fixed seating times and you are told when you're time is up. consequently it's noisy when a new 'batch' arrive. I won't be visiting again

1st visit but won't be our last! Beautiful decor, great service & delicious freshly prepared food, we were well looked after by our waiter Argen & all the staff were friendly & helpful. This restaurant is a very welcome addition to Ipswich & we can highly recommend it 😋

Went for birthday meal. Great company amazing food and drinks 🍸 atmosphere was good. Not going to complain about the lighting like others... I didn't mind the brightness.... was little noisy but that's what you get when it's busy !!! Would come back... Very friendly staff members made us feel welcome...

Food, service, atmosphere all fantastic. Only criticism, although not necessarily a criticism would be that from looking at what food wastage there was on my plate & others, there was quite a lot of salad so only suggestion would be to reduce the size of the side salad on main portion plates 😃

Music too loud, too much salad/rice, too expensive. Service was very hurried and when a wrong bottle of wine was brought to the table - it was the customers fault !!. However,The meat served tasted really nice, but definitely wont be going back

We had pre booked a week before at 8pm but on arriving we had to wait in a small entrance with others that were just “walk ins”. Had I not queried other tables of two turning up and being shown through I think I’d still be standing there. First impressions count and if this would have been earlier we’d of probably just left to go elsewhere. However, once we were seated we cannot fault the service of the very friendly staff that always had a smile and engaged with all the guests. Food was very well presented and good size portions for an a la carte advertised menu. Would not hesitate to return if the greeting at the door was more structured. This needs addressing guys !! The restaurant was full and only started to empty out late evening. The atmosphere and food can probably justify the price.

Everything about Kervan Kitchen is amazing. The minute you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food fabulous. Definitely a 10 out of 10 dining experience.

Very busy, people who had made a reservation were waiting in reception so feared the worst. However the whole experience was brilliant, a short waiting time but great attention from staff, two lovely courses with a generous addition to the starter. Overall would recommend the experience to anyone!

too much lighting, too much food, too much waiting around, too many people, too much noise, too much money for what you get. how can anyone possible say that this is a pleasurable eating experience? just an horrendous experience.
