Music too loud, too much salad/rice, too expensive. Service was very hurried and when a wrong bottle of wine was brought to the table - it was the customers fault !!. However,The meat served tasted really nice, but definitely wont be going back

We had pre booked a week before at 8pm but on arriving we had to wait in a small entrance with others that were just “walk ins”. Had I not queried other tables of two turning up and being shown through I think I’d still be standing there. First impressions count and if this would have been earlier we’d of probably just left to go elsewhere. However, once we were seated we cannot fault the service of the very friendly staff that always had a smile and engaged with all the guests. Food was very well presented and good size portions for an a la carte advertised menu. Would not hesitate to return if the greeting at the door was more structured. This needs addressing guys !! The restaurant was full and only started to empty out late evening. The atmosphere and food can probably justify the price.

Lovely lovely food and the place is stunning. Service ok but wasn’t asked if everything was ok during meal or asked if we wanted another drink. Small things but noticeable. But will defo go back!

Everything about Kervan Kitchen is amazing. The minute you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food fabulous. Definitely a 10 out of 10 dining experience.

Very busy, people who had made a reservation were waiting in reception so feared the worst. However the whole experience was brilliant, a short waiting time but great attention from staff, two lovely courses with a generous addition to the starter. Overall would recommend the experience to anyone!

too much lighting, too much food, too much waiting around, too many people, too much noise, too much money for what you get. how can anyone possible say that this is a pleasurable eating experience? just an horrendous experience.

We had an incredible meal last night to celebrate our daughter’s 14th birthday. The food was incredible! Fresh, tasty & great portions. Figo our waiter could not have done more for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Amazing food and staff and such a lovely buzzy vibe

It was a very busy night for our first visit. This made the atmosphere very noisy and hard to hear yourself speak. The meal service was quick, apart from the bread arriving after starters, but there was a disconnect with the drink service which always arrived after our food and needed chasing. I enjoyed the food and the table visit from the staff member. He wanted to know how everything was and made a nice gesture to compensate for our delays. I would visit again but not on a Saturday night as this seemed like a party night for younger guests than ourselves.

Amazing Turkish hospitality! Amazing staff, super friendly, super fast. Friday night was super busy but the service was excellent , very well organised. The food was amazing, lamb in mixed grill done to perfection - soft and pink inside, just gorgeous! Cold meze is delicious too!!!! Everything was top notch!

Staff, food & service were amazing and the restaurant decor & ambience faultless. Only one complaint, way too much ice in the Aperol Spritz tasted like water.
