the food was amazing so fresh and well presented staff were amazing and friendly , was also checking everything was alright if we wanted more sauces and drinks would highly recommend this restaurant if you haven't already been 10/10 will definitely be returning

Fantastic Restaurant and wonderfully attentive staff. The standard has been set high and let's hope it keeps there as we will definately be making a return visit. Music was a little too loud at times which made it diffulcult to chat but the staff seemed to be on top of it and there were a few volume adjustments from time to time. All in all an exceptional experience deliverd by an attentive and helpful team.

The place is stunning (quite a change from the punch & Judy), staff are really nice and attentive and the food was gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Food great, staff great, atmosphere great. Watching the cocktail shaker great . Some minor teething issues, but dealt with by the staff without a fuss. Will definitely go again, and soon.

Our first time here and the place looked amazing we were warmly greeted and shown to our booth. The staff were friendly and tentative. The food was fresh tasty and well presented and all reasonably priced. Cannot fault the place the food or the staff. We will defiantly be back

This was my first visit. I was with my friend celebrating her birthday. WOW it was superb. The food was fantastic and so tasty, it melted in your mouth. The staff were attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcome. Was certainly value for money. The actual restaurant itself has been planned and decorated for style and comfort. Can't wait to go back again.

From the moment we entered to the moment we left the staff were very attentive and could not do enough for us. Decor is lovely. Food came really quickly, complimentary bread with dips was a nice touch. The food was really tasty, good portion size, definitely up there as the best Turkish in the area! The only thing that let it down was they offer no dairy free milk alternatives so unable to have a coffee.

Amazing service, great food. Sitting near the door was a little windy, and the volume increased alot when really busy (as expected). Overall, worth a vist.

Walked in and the door was opened for us and a very warm welcome. The restaurant looks so fantastic decorated with so much effort and thought put into it.. my mum especially liked the wallpaper in the bathroom and the manager even went to the trouble of finding out who it was made by for her. The service was second to none. Every little details though about. Great atmosphere.!! And the food! Wow! Reasonably priced… brilliant size portions and we weee determined to eat it all!! From the welcome at the door, to our departure we were treated like we were the most special customers on the planet. The decor is absolutely stunning!! You would NEVER know what this establishment used to look like if you hadn't seen it because it could not be further from it. The colours are so well put together!! The waitstaff were unbelievably attentive and so very proud to explain not only the dishes but history of the restaurant owners and cultural elements of the food. I was invited to take a look around and was shown the separate VIP area, the main restaurant floor and the fantastic bar area; each section as beautiful as the last. I must not forget to mention the food of course which was divine!!! We had a starter for two and a mixed grill and lamb shish between us, as well as a side of bread with amazing dipping sauces and all of it was delicious. Our experience was fantastic in its entirety, every member of staff was a delight, food so tasty, ambience relaxed but classy and ee cannot wait to go back!!

What a fantastic place Ipswich now has. Exceptional food, attentive service, a great dining room and Kervan Kitchen thoroughly deserves all success coming it’s way. Enjoyed the Mixed Grill immensely, portions can’t be sniffed at and took mine home for lunch today. Lamb Shish perfectly pink, succulent and the Adana kebab tasty and plenty of it. Chicken Shish was superb, all complimented with warm, fresh Turkish bread and a chilli sauce that punches. 10/10
