Food was amazing and the staff are very friendly. Took a while for our mains to be cleared and then we were not offered a dessert menu and had to ask for one.

Team of 9 for a Tuesday lunch. Really nice food with a good choice on he lunchtime menu (I think we covered most of it between us), I personally had the Sea Bass fillet which was excellent. Service really good too. We'll return

The service continues to be good. The food quality is excellent. For me and most of the party of six the portion size needs to be considered. Far too much going back to the kitchen is just a waste and upsets people as they don't like to leave anything. Please take another look at this. You could reduce cost by £3 per main dish and only give 2/3rd the amount. People may then have room for that lovely Baklava, I never get round to.

I finally managed to get myself down there with the family. Was warned about going on a Friday/Saturday as it can be quite noisy and busy, and not ideal for kids/parents. Went on a Sunday evening and it was absolutely perfect. From the food to the service.

The food was lovely , the venue was lovely but the staff kept interrupting our meals by constantly touching things on the table without asking if we were done or not. One even poured the coke out of the bottle half way through our meal without even asking if we needed it poured or not! Just came poured it and took the empty bottle. Another came to sweep under our table whilst we were still eating, it was so evasive and intrusive!!

First part was great, greated and seated, attentive at ordering drinks and food. Bread served while waiting, nice touch. Food served and was very good. After food was cleared service went down hill. They asked if we wanted dessert menus which we said yes, after they came we never saw another person. Sat 30 minutes, no ask if we would like more drinks or dessert. 40 minutes later, we flag someone for 2 coffees as we gave up on dessert or drinks, we received 1 coffee. When we asked about the other one we were told it was coming but 15 mins later still nothing. We had to ask again and they then made it. The Bill came with £20 service added which after being there an extra hour with no service I felt steep so I asked them to remove and I would be happy to pay half which they reluctantly did, we were then left another 20 mins waiting for a card machine to which we had to flag them down again to pay. The man then went to walk off and I stopped him as he had not taken the tip and he just took it it, no smile or think you, very rudely. And then to top off we were then 11 minutes over the 3 hour car park so it cost extra to park after being told the first hour is free. Not sure I would bother returning.

Absolutely incredible, the service was beyond 5☆☆☆☆☆, the food was just fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. They made my fiancé's birthday celebrations complete. You honestly have to try kervan kitchen.
