Had a really great time. Staff incredibly tentative. Good sense of humour. Food tasted delicious. Already planning to visit again.

An absolutely lovely meal! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and came out quickly and fresh. It was my partners birthday which we had not told them until mid meal and they surprised him with singing happy birthday and a candle in our dessert so was truly a lovely experience and we will definitely be back again.

Service and food was exceptional, there was a good choice of cocktails which were the best I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant was quite classy and every where was very clean, great atmosphere with nice music in the background. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Great food, huge portions & beautifully cooked & presented. Lovely decor in restaurant & the staff were funny & attentive. A great place to celebrate a special occasion. My only criticism would be that they started to clear the plates when we had the starters when some of our party were still eating, think they should have waited for everyone to finish. It was a typical busy Friday night and there were a few birthday celebrations. It was lovely to see the staff present cakes and sing happy birthday. My only disappointment was the singer, who had a great voice and walked amongst the tables, but I thought it was a little too loud and would have better at a background level. Other than that it was a great experience.

Salad had way too much dressing that was strong and overpowering everything else. Lamb was cooked to perfection, not sure why they serving rice and not bulgur as it would be more Turkish than rice, or least has option for it. Been there few types and main concept is great but when you order a dish and you know exactly how it supposed to look like and you get some deconstructed stuff it’s bit disappointing, least call them something else so your customers don’t get disappointed.

I recently celebrated my birthday here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. They were warm, accommodating, and genuinely attentive, making us feel so welcome and cared for. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The atmosphere was perfect for a celebration too: lively but comfortable, with just the right amount of buzz. What really stood out, though, was the little extra touches from the staff that made the night unforgettable. It’s not often you find such genuine hospitality these days, and it really made my birthday feel extra special. Highly recommend this place for any occasion — I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful first visit to Kervan Kitcken. The food was amazing - particularly the Kleftiko - and the service was really attentive. The restaurant was busy but didn't feel overcrowded, with a pleasant atmosphere. There was also live music, which was a nice surprise, although the sound quality wasn't great. There were a number of birthday celebrations during our visit, where the staff turn on special music, bring out a cake/dessert with candles and sing Happy Birthday. Although nice for the guests celebrating, it did feel a little "oh, this again" when it happened for the fourth time during our 2-hour meal. My partner also got dripped on a few times by the overhead pipes, so we moved chairs, but the manager gave us a free dessert to apologise, which was very nice of him! On the whole, a great night and will definitely visit again.

The music was so loud over powering you couldn't hear each other when we were trying to talk. Eventually after several attempts of the waiter telling someone in the front they turned the music off in our section . Saying all that the service was good except they give everyone their meals except one we had to wait 5 mins before they bought it to the table. The food was lovely.

I booked in advance for ground of 6, Met at the door and shown to table Didn’t have to wait long for drinks & food Food was amazing, I had lamb ribs which came with rice and salad, Very good portion size. Whilst there we booked for our Christmas meal online, which was also easy to do Excellent place to eat, well worth a visit

great! amazing food, lovely cocktails, the food came out super quickly and really great the portion sizes, service was also very good. My friend had written on the booking that is was a birthday so was a little disheartened that it didn’t get mentioned especially as we saw other tables around us with songs and free birthday desserts but regardless we had a lovely evening and will be back.

Booked a table to celebrate 2 18th birthdays . Called last minute to make a change and was fully accommodate for extra people , Staff are fully attentive , and ensure you have everything you need . Nothing is too much trouble . They brought an amazing atmosphere to the table when doing the cake and the whole restaurant got involved with singing and cheering . Food was spot on , big portions and cooked to perfection . Drinks were good too , frozen cocktails are always a winner . Highly recommend , quality food for really reasonable prices . We will be back .

The food at Kervan Kitchens is their USP. It is outstanding . This was our second visit However the unconditional adding of a £15 service charge ,£9.00 glass’s of wine and ignoring my request for some kind of recognition of my sons birthday left us very dissapointed overall .Two others were sharing their birthday at the same time we were there but our waiter wasn’t interested in us .
