Excellent roast pork Sunday lunch, at very good value. Some lovely beers too! Staff all very friendly, a great place to meet up with friends.
Fantastic food and atmosphere as usual. We ordered the steak deal with the free bottle of wine and the steak was cooked to perfection. We had ice cream for dessert which was also yummy
Very good atmosphere when we arrived, a table had been set aside for us. The pub was busy and we were warned there would be some delay. Service was cheerful and informative, menu was varied with a la carte and specials of the day. Wine list was acceptable although we stuck to the house. All in all a pleasant experience if a little slow.
We have visited the venue on a number of occasions but were not impressed today. Two of us ordered Rogan Josh curry which was advertised with Nan Bread. We did ask for pompadoms as an alternative but none available. The meat in the curry was VERY tough and left in large pieces so neither of us managed to eat the meal. We were offered a free COFFEE but this was changed to a desert when we objected. The other two meals were reasonable but at the end of the mains dirty cutlery was left on the table. Its a pity as the venue is lovely and I can only assume there has been a change of chef. Probavly wont go again
Kings Arms at Ombersley is a really nice pub with excellent service a good range of food on the menu good choice of beers and wines
Time and time again we find the Kings Arms the best food and best value for money in the area.The experiance is made all the better by the friendly helpfull staff.
Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend. We met friends there and we had a great table. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly. In fact everything was good. The prices are higher than average but that reflects the equity so can't give top marks for value, unless you like paying extra for better quality which us a personal choice.
