Korks Wine Bar

We have eaten at Korks a few times now and always had a great experience. Sunday lunch today was no exception. Fantastic service and delicious.

Very nice meal, good selection of beers and spirits, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. We are looking forward to going back again soon

Had a fantastic meal at Korks. The staff was very attentive and the food was excellent and beautifully presented. I was also very impressed with how my mum, who is gluten and lactose intolerant, was catered for. Can definitely recommend this little gem.

We loved the cheerful friendly service we got from bar and waiting staff. There was a great choice and the food was delicious, there were short waiting times & a great atmosphere. We will be back!

Food was great, but service indifferent. Busy night and seemed like a lot of trainee servers. No children's menu bit lots of suitable starters made a good alternative.

Drinks at the bar before eating not rushed excellent food and service reasonably priced what more is there to say ? Definitely will be back

Superb food in a packed restaurant, Starters excellent, Extremely tasty black pudding, haggis, neeps and tatties. Main course of halibut and cod was first class. Delightful Chablis. A great way to see in the New Year,

Had to wait what seemed like a long time to be served, but not a problem as it is a lovely atmosphere, terrific staff, and excellent level of cooking. Highly recommended.

Great as always. Superb food along with great wines and fabulous staff. That's why it has survived for 35 years. Still Otley's best restaurant by some way in my view.

A really great dinner on Easter Sunday, excellent food and the usual friendly and very good service. Absolutely sure that we will be back again before too long.

Great night out with friends - welcoming easy vibe to the place. Friendly staff. Good food and wine. Decent choice of food well prepared and cooked - we dragged friends over from Ilkley for a change as normally we have to travel from Menston to Ilkley. Good job done by Korks in getting the message across that there are good places to eat outside of Ilkley. Thanks.

good thanks, enjoyed the food and general attention, staff were very pleasant. However, instructions we gave regarding our mums birthday cake were ignored and one of our party was a bit upset that they had run out of decaf coffee and Sainsbury's is just across the road. We thought that someone might have nipped out and then we need not have known that and there was no intention of getting some.

The food and service were very good. The only problem we had was that it was noisy and they should look at ways of reducing it - easier said than done but there are things on the market nowadays that would help.

We go here fairly regularly. The food is always delicious and this time was no exception. The waiting staff are all friendly and attentive and there is an extensive wine list. The atmosphere is great.. We will be back!

Warm welcome, good service and excellent food. Good choice of wines and beers to suit most people. Would certainly go again and for a Tuesday was quite busy.

Booked online. Good friendly service, food hot, desserts checked for gluten, my lager was not full pint (barrel needed changing but given to me free of charge. Overalll good food atmoshere, wil be back . Good menu for choice.

Superb value service and food. Lovely decor, comfortable surroungings &log fire. Excellent menu choice mix of meat veg&fish. Great dessert and coffee choice. If you just want a drink expert wine selection available

service was very slow. We arrived for an 8 pm table and it was 10 pm before we ate our main meal. The service was sloppy and the food was average

Good venue - friendly staff. It was freezing outside and a bit chilly in but sitting next to the fire we warmed very quickly. Food was excellent - we will certainly return.

Whilst the food was good, the service was amateurish.. It took 23 minutes for a late arriver to our party to get their first drink.. The waitress didn't know if they served Henricks, then had to find out what the house white was, then didn't know the soup of the day.. Service was slow all night.. Also, waiting for coffee and the bill both took an age as all the staff gathered at the end of the bar and pretty much gave up serving.. The service really has slacked off; which is a shame as the food is very good.

Steak overdone. Service poor as not even asked how our food was at any time. Waited 1 hour after finishing for bill after asking twice

Ideal for a nice cosy and leisurely meal Completely free from pressure a setting which is becoming harder and harder to find and with the added bonus of a wide selection of excellent food.

Booked for 6.00 arrived at 5.50 to be told not quite open yet which I can understand but we were just left to stand around until they were ready not offered a drink or anything. It was very cold it the restaurant and we all felt that the food on offer was very much basic food that was over priced, the vegetables were in two small bowls for a party of eight. I feel that they are trading on their reputation from previous years but times have moved on and I feel they need to do the same. All in all we went for a family birthday and overall felt disappointed.

Korks is our favourite local restaurant. You can always be assured of a warm welcome the staff are friendly and efficient the food excellent! They stock an excellent range of wines and the house wines are never disappointing.

Excellent food as always with a nice Christmassy atmosphere. The chocolate orange cheesecake was wonderful. Great value for money and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our evening.

Consistently excellent food and wine from this well established local wine bar and restaurant. Check out the ménage a trios mini starters. Would make a great tapas evening. Already planning our next visit!

You can't beat Korks for value and friendly service. I booked a table for 5 of us last Friday and we had a very pleasant afternoon. I apologize to the staff at Korks as we had eventually were thrown out well after closing time!! (We were having such a pleasant time we were not watching the clock) We promise not to do it again!
