Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Tapas menu is varied and what we ordered was tasy. Also had a lovely Prosecco and all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely go again.

Lovely food and atmosphere, have eaten here several times. New menu on around 10 separate A4 pages was a little unwieldy and hard to browse. I'll definitely be back though.

This was our first visit, staff very friendly and helpful well worth a visit. Wide variety of dishes well cooked and three tapas for £6 a good deal.

This restaurant never lets me down the food is always lovely and service exceptional. Will return as soon as I can as tha ambience and the fact the staff are spanish speaking gives an added air of authenticity?

This is a tapas restaurant, so I'm reviewing quite a number of dishes. The food varied from fairly bland (lack of seasoning to complete absence of the herbs its menu boasted of) to downright cold stodge (avoid the black pudding at all cost). The service appeared over-stretched and the final bill seemed very steep in relation to the overall experience. I'm being generous in giving it an extra mark because the beer was nice!

Great food, great service and great atmosphere so authentic me and my friends had amazing tapas and lots of wine the waitresses couldn't do enough for you and allowed us to remain at our table all night even though it was really busy

This restaurant is superb! We are a spanish class who would go nowhere else! Authentic tapas! Superb service. Fabulous staff and chefs. We would give then ten stars if possible! Muchas gracias a todas

This was our third visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Pleasant and informal atmosphere. Best tapas I've had. Will definitely be there again soon.

Visited for an early evening meal - had bread & olives followed by 5 tapas to share between two. Service was quick and with a smile, and the restaurant is very authentic and has a lovely ambience. The food was wonderful - especially the chorizo in red wine sauce, and the fried aubergine. 100% recommended!

Had a great time again. Even better that it was Loco Tuesday and all Tapas were £2.50. Staff are always fantastic.

Service with a smile. Food is excellent and value for money. Highly recommended, I eat here 3 or 4 times a month. A taste of Spain in the city centre. 😀

Excellent food, great service. I would highly recommend LA Boca. Our server was very helpful & knowledgeable. Atmosphere superb. Would advise that you book a table as it was very busy.

La Boca is great authentic tapas with good quality Rioja at inexpensive prices. We have now made it our favourite pre theatre city centre destination but make sure to book as it is busy - but service excellent and friendly.

Really authentic tapas with brilliant staff and reasonable prices this will certainly be a regular for me from now on, I can't recommend it enough!

Excellent, freshly prepared tapas,. The welcome was friendly and the service attentive and efficient. Pleasant ambience,too. Although it was not an immediate issue for us we noticed that access to the disabled toilet was impeded.

Just had a lovely lunch with my 2 girls, food and service excellent! Would definitely recommend and will return great value for 3 tapas and varied selection of dishes available

As always excellent food and service. Food really tasty and staff helpful, friendly and efficient without being intrusive. I would recommend La Boca for luncn or dinner. The express lunch is exceptionally good value, as is the the pre-theatre menu.

Expensive extras, sprinkle of cheese an added £2 and supplements on pre theatre menu made this a more expensive meal than first appearances. Some lovely dishes (beef stew - excellent) but some quite bland (cod). Bread was a sliced up supermarket baguette (another extra). OK but not great.

Excellent staff. Excellent food! We enjoyed a wonderful meal. Courteous, informative, friendly. Everything you cold ask for when entertaining guests. We will be returning again and again!

Good tapas. Good value lunch deal / value for money. Service was ok - could have been more attentive at times (had to ask for our side order of bread and that was after we'd had most of our tapas) but would be happy to go back.

Brilliant service and food, good prices and brilliant atmosphere, highly recommended to anyone looking for good tapas in the city centre. Will be returning soon.

This was an interesting visit as it coincided with spanish degree students celebrating the final exam. So good to see young people enjoying the authentic atmosphere and menu! Food was superb as always. Can't wait to go back again.

This restaurant is not "spanish tapas" chain type it is the Real Deal real Spanish Food cooked by Spanish chefs.. If you go anywhere else you are kidding your selves! This is totally authentic! Muy saboroso!!

The staff were lovely welcing and cheery, the restaurant has a lovely cosy busy atmosphere, but fairly quick table turnover. Food was delicious! As was the wine. One of our tapas dishes didn't come but we were charged for it along with an extra glass of wine which we hadn't had. However the waitress swiflty dealt with the bill problem. Really enjoyed our evening.

Food was good , got a little cold quickly . Staff were great . Would return . Order 9 tapas from express menu for two people .

I've been here quite a lot and the food is always superb. This time I was with a large group so the service was a teeny bit slow but I put that down to them maybe bot being used to large groups since it's a small restaurant. Would still recommend! Special mention for the sangria which is delicious!

Really great atmosphere, fantastic service, fantastic food. Great night out! Loved the bruschetta , prawns were amazing. The pastas bravado with aioli were so different from the ones with tomato sauce. Would highly recommend

Lovely fresh food and extremely affordable, in a friendly and relaxed environment. Our waiter was Spanish which only adds to the authenticity! Will be back! :)

Superb, been to la Boca on a number of occasions, it never lets you down. Staff fantastic food excellent, will hopefully be back soon. All I can say is enjoy!

First time visitor and I thought the food and the service were both excellent. Lovely atmosphere and great service from everyone. Every dish was piping hot - loved it all and will be back

Good atmosphere prior to the Champions League final (Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid). We went for the pre theatre tapas menu which was good value and there was the flexibilty of adding dishes from the a la carte. Good variety of dishes and some you wouldn't see on some other tapas chain restaurants.

I arrived early and informed staff member that there would possibly be a bigger party, than I had booked for, this was not a problem even though the additional people didn't turn up. The food was excellent, the portions are good sized. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had been in La Boca for lunch a couple of times, previous to this visit, and have not yet been able to fault either the food or the service.
