La Casita - Boston Spa

We had be to this restaurant a couple of years ago with our friend from Spain and the food was great. We visited yesterday evening with the same friend and found that the food was lacking in quality, taste and authenticity. The portions for three people were minuscule and massively overpriced. The food was nothing like Spanish Tapas. We did enjoy the olives and the wine. We did not complain at the time as there were others in the restaurant and didn’t want to make a fuss. We left very disappointed. Please accept this as constructive feedback.

Lovely restaurant with great food and service. Doesn’t really matter what you choose to eat it’s all nice! Outside area is great in the summer.

Great food, great service and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, couldn’t recommend the place more highly. The waiter gave great advice on the menu and we throughly enjoyed the experience and I’m sure will be going back soon!

Excellent quality and quantity of food and the price was right. A throughly enjoyable experience although we had to ask for the very loud music to be turned down.

Wide variety of different plates to suit all tastes, good food, waitresses could do with more 'wine' knowledge to be able to recommend wines rather than say 'I don't drink wine!". Overall good experience.

Okay, probably wouldn’t return. Restaurant felt cold so I kept my jacket on. Food average. Belly pork just fatty. Sea bass about the best dish. Haddock fish cakes sloppy.

Really tasty tapas for our anniversary meal. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Would recommend and visit again. Never been disappointed when we've eaten here. The quality of the tapas is amazing.

Lovely food, the all you can eat special was great. It is on the last Sunday of every month and offers an array of different tapas options.

We had a great evening at La Casita. The food was delicious as usual, and the flamenco guitarist a pleasure to listen to. The serving staff was attentive. The only slight niggle was that the restaurant music (which was played while the guitarist was having a break) was on too loud, making it difficult to be heard or to hear at our table. But all in all, the 4 of us had a great time!

We had Amazing food as always. There’s always a Good atmosphere and service. I would definitely recommend eating at this restaurant. There’s a good range of drinks too.

We visited La Casita last night and had, excellent food, really good wine and fabulous service. We would happily eat there again it was really good.

A very enjoyable night. A good variety of tasty tapas dishes to choose from. Friendly helpful staff. Liked the idea of been given a pencil to use to mark off dishes to be ordered on paper placemat, which then was simply given to waiter.

Amazing food as always and the new menu is stunning! The service remains impeccable and we can’t wait to come back to try the other half of the menu!!

Love this place. Never had a bad meal. Fresh tasty food and always good wine. Very nice. I find the service here is always as you would like it.

Lovely little restaurant serving good tapas at reasonable cost. Wine OK too. Just a little blip with one of our orders despite letting the waiter know what my partner could not eat ( cream which is in every dessert ) and then she was given a liquor coffee topped by 3 cms of cream . Apart from that it was all good.

Really enjoyed the meal but it was really busy and it seemed like the service was struggling to keep up. Would recommend the octopus carpaccio.

Gin aperitifs were great. Building is tired & a bit grubby.

Portions are much smaller than they used to be. We had to order 9 just to fill two of us. Hate the way they don't bring all the food at once and clear the plates as you go. I think that's so that you'll forget how many you've had and order more. Not good value at all.

Really quirky little restaurant which has previously escaped our attention but after our visit - it will become a regular on our list for sure..... so much choice and really excellent quality

Excellent choice and quality of food. Particularly liked the duck and he prawn dishes. Good, friendly service. Have been several times for lunch but this was our first Saturday evening visit.

Food was okay but a bit too rich and not enough veggie food. About half the veggie options include animal rennet. Also it’s very expensive

Amazing service and great ambience, in a sweet market town. The menu just gets better and better, surprising ya every time. Although we miss the old pork cheeks.
