The Food and service was impeccable. I Would definitely visit again! Recent refurbishment done well, Lovely atmosphere! It would be interesting to see if I'm the future there are any offers available .

Excellent service and food. Only slight criticism was whole chill in the chorizo casserole came as a surprise and profiteroles price - £7 for two small balls too much! We would return but just avoid two dishes mentioned!

This was the best tapas I have had anywhere!! Great atmosphere - lovely helpful staff and fabulous authentic food. Reasonably priced too!! Great sangria too!

Wonderful overall experience. Food was first class and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and very looking forward to visiting again. Ideal pre-theatre meal but booking essential, especially at weekends.

Food was extremely good, every dish tasted fantastic... The waitress went through the specials and helped us decide... She was very friendly and look after us all night.. Would recommend it to anyone..

La Oliva has such excellent food. They have clearly put a lot of thought into their tapas and provide dishes with wonderful flavours. Plus we had great service from Eros our waiter. Super evening, many thanks.

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere. The food was excellent. If I have any gripes it would be the cheese board. I was expecting a selection of Spanish cheese and only got Manchega! It was very good though

WE had a lovely time here with friends last night. Great reception as soon as we walked through the door. Food was delicious, lovely flavours, beautifully presented - and do try the tuna on avocado, or the calamari - or indeed anything we tried. Wine excellent and very reasonably priced. It would be a little excessive to go there again tonight, but we happily could - and we will recommend it to all our friends. And there was a great buzz to the place - not noisy, not deadly quiet, but happy and vibrant.

Excellent!!! Every dish totally delicious and we suspect that this would have been the case whatever we ordered! Wines very good and complimentary. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic as always. Some of the best tapas I've ever had, great choice on the drinks menu and there is always a very warm welcome from the staff. Highly recommended.

It's worth making a reservation and ordering In advance--the Paella was wonderful, and service was kind & attentive. We greatly enjoyed our time there and Would return!

Absolutely fantastic food, lots of variety and so tasty!! Lovely staff and Spanish music playing. Loved the way each dish came out as it was ready and you could just order more as and when. I will definitely return next time I am in Harrogate!

Lovely food, authentic tapas and not ridiculously expensive either. Must try the tuna loin, pork cheek and squid. Quite bright lighting but otherwise lovely place

Great food -wide and interesting choice. Good atmosphere with attentive service. We had the lamb special at £24.95 which seemed expensive but was delicious and a good helping for three people.

Delicious food and excellent service - only downside is probably the cost, but the food was fabulous and the wine just as so! The service from the moment we entered was really good with the staff always on hand and very responsive.

Gorgeous food, nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit. Reasonable prices and a good wine selection. Situated only a short walk from the centre and the main hotels and close to plenty of bars.

A cracking little restaurant with excellent tapas food. The tapas were exceptional and presented beautifully. The staff were efficient and attentive, just the service you want.

Great Meal, lovely choice of Tapas, I didn't know which of my favourites to have. It was modern Spanish tapas, every dish was beautifully arranged. My favourite was the octopus with lilac potatoes - try it for yourself!

Gave this place a chance due to seeing various positive reviews on tripadviser. So glad we did, absolutely loved it and will return! If you are in Harrogate and want to eat somewhere very nice- just go!

Warm welcome. Great food. Service was friendly and well informed. Especially liked the deconstructed gin and tonic dessert. Design of restaurant is contemporary and comfortable. Will definitely return.

First time visitors to la oliva and I really enjoyed the evening. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a party of 13 on a quiet Tuesday, and La Oliva coped very well, the food was excellent, as was the service. I have been here several times and know that the food here is a cut above most Spanish or tapas restaurants, with real care taken over the ingredients, preparation, cooking, sauces, and presentation. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great food. Great staff. As good if not better than in on the mainland. Spain to be found in Harrogate. What a gem of a restaurant. We will be back.

We had a lovely evening. The food was very tasty and the staff friendly. The wine selected was also very good. I would definitely recommend La Oliva.

Really enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. the service was superb had a slight issue with the language barrier with some of the waiters/waitresses but would recommend La Oliva to anybody.

Very friendly lovely staff. The bar area has a nice atmosphere. Food good, but not exceptional. Had Serrano and chorizo tapas and I would have loved a bit more bread or a salad with it. But good value for price.
