Having been to Lanes Restaurant before we knew the food was going to be superb and we weren't disappointed this time. The staff are friendly and attentive and made us very welcome.

Wonderful meal, atmosphere and service. It was such a change to have a choice of interesting chooses rather than just having the usual burgers, battered fish or steak!

Food was cooked to a level you would expect from a high quality restaurant in London. There is no other restaurant in Lymington that achieves this overall standard.

3 of us had a warm welcome from Nicola in this lovely converted chapel. We were given a well placed table. All tables were well spaced. I had booked this restaurant to celebrate my daughters significant b'day & when making the booking, had asked that it be recognised. We each had a starter & main course which were beautifully presented & tasted great My daughter was presented with a birthday plate at the end. Fruit & chocolate & candles! Wonderful.

The menu offered a great choice and as a coeliac I was delighted to learn that I could have most of it! Absolutely wonderful experience, starting with the friendly welcome, and continuing with the really excellent food, served up in comfortable and characterful suroundings. We enjoyed our lunch there so much that we returned the next evening for dinner!

The menu is interesting and prepared with flair and care. The food tastes so good and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and ability to talk through the menu with Nicola. If we lived closer we'd have to visit regularly but next time in Lymington we will definitely enjoy another meal with them .
