The food was lovely, the overall experience felt very rushed staff wise. Starters and mains came out together and no sooner had the forks hit the plate they were taking them and I wasn't quite finished eating 🤦🏻‍♀️

Tried a vegetarian curry ( Dal makhani ) . Very nice. The usual relaxed atmosphere and promt service.

Fast, pleasant service and very good quality food. There are a lot of Indian pubs and restaurants in the area this is one of two excellent ones.

Quick to be seated to our table, possibly my favourite beer Butty Bach on tap - superb ! Staff were great. Food was lovely, chilli prawns were big albeit a bit too spicy for the wife ☺. Lamb chops were good, maybe would have liked them cooked a bit more for my liking. Lamb madras was lovely, garlic naan also lovely. Wife's chicken balti was great. We should have ordered our starters/ small plates first and then ordered mains after because there was a lot of food presented to us all at once. We'll know next time. Overall we really enjoyed it, it has been recommended a few times to us and we'll definitely go babk. 👍👍🍺🍺

Excellent food and a wonderful environment to eat in. Very relaxed with no pretensions. We shall return.

Usually love this place however the chicken meet last night unfortunately was really fatty and grey …. Disappointing

Great food, but didn’t enjoy the service. The staff were too efficient at trying to clear your table and we were asked several times if we had finished so they could clear up, and we were still eating which wasn’t great.

We booked for my husbands 70th Birthday meal. As in the past, the food was fabulous. The child with allergies was catered for, and the vegetarian in our party had plenty of choice. We shall be back! Thank you!

Went to Lazy Hill Tavern on a Thursday night for my wife’s birthday. The three of us had a great time, all the food was prompt, hot and very tasty. The garlic Naan was fab. We will be returning very soon and would definitely recommend.
