Lemongrass - Chichester

Excellent food and good presentation with attentive service. We were shown to our table immediately and given our menus. Good décor, temperature and ambiance. Well worth a visit!

Delicious tapas style lunch and good value for money. Staff were polite and attentive. Shame it was so quiet for a Friday lunchtime- only three tables were occupied.

This was my first time in the Chichester restaurant, having been in Brighton and Petersfield before. We went with friends and divided the bill. The staff were welcoming and efficient as in the other places, but the portions seemed smaller....is that a result of inflation or just this restaurant? My Phad Mee was tasty and filling but my wife’s tofu main was disappointing with few pieces of tofu and little taste. My dessert roll with ice cream was delicious. With a small starter to share, a large bottle of water and two non-alcoholic lagers we thought £50 was rather a lot for what we got. Our friends seemed to do much better with a set menu for two, but the vegetarian version had too many non-vegan options for us to try it, but perhaps we should have.

Our 4th visit to lemongrass fantastic restaurant lovely food and staff so friendly and welcoming 😊.would recommend to anyone .you will enjoy the whole experience.

A very nice Thai restaurant with attentive staff and excellent food. No skimping on ingredients, even the prawn crackers were of the best quality. Definitely worth a visit.

It was our first visit so didnt know what to expect. It is a lovely place, service and food. Can't wait to go again in the very near future.

Fantastic service, food and ambience. Authentically Thai in every way. We would certainly recommend and return in the future. Mixed starters and pad Thai stood out for me. The weeping tiger and chef's special duck dish was great.

Pleasant surroundings, attentive staff but food not as good as it used to be. Some of the offerings look to be the same as you can buy in the local supermarket.

The food is delicious and is served very quickly by the most lovely, helpful staff. The price is very reasonable and they add only 10% service charge to the bill. We were very full as couldn't stop eating it even after we'd had enough!

We arrived at 9.20 pm on a Sat eve orders were taken at 9.40 and our main course arrived minutes after our starters were finished. It felt rushed and we weren't wrong come 10.20 we are being told if we want a desert or another drink we have to order by 10.30 as bar & kitchen closed! It's possibly the fastest meal bar Macdonalds and certainly the Fastest spent £200. This was to be a social occasion not fast food very disappointing. And there are other more relaxed places to eat Thai food in the area I live so won't be back.

Very good food, but on the expensive side. Service was fantastic, but in a way they try so hard that it almost feels like an act. But would go back for a special occasion.

We booked this restaurant on a recent visit to Chichester and were not disappointed. The food was very good quality beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The services was excellent we can't recommend it highly enough.

The Lemon Grass Thai Restaurant is always a treat to visit, and we do so whenever we have a hankering for this cuisine. It has everything you want in a restaurant experience. The place itself is bright, clean and nicely decorated, the service is superb and traditional; you always get a respectful Thai greeting and most importantly the food is incredible. Having travelled extensively with my family throughout the Far East this food is up to the standard you would expect. Can't wait for our next visit.

Food overall was good. However, chicken served in starter dish was not properly cooked and still translucent and I had to point this out and return the chicken for replacement. The restaurant decor and staff pleasant but lacked any ambiance as there were no other people dining!

Wonderful as always ! Had the set menu did two and turned out great value for money and an opportunity to try new flavours. The mango sorbet was to die for ! We'll be back soon

We really enjoyed our food. It was an interesting menu, delightfully presented and tasty. The only drawback to the experience was the noise. We were in the back section of the restaurant and our party of six had difficulty hearing anyone not sitting next to them because the acoustics were poor. However, the staff were all very polite, patient and unobtrusive. I would recommend to others.

We have visited this restaurant several times and we have always had wonderful food and great service from the staff. We would highly recommend it to anyone, however we would prefer to leave a tip at our discretion and not have a service charge automatically added to the bill.

Food was amazing. Would recommend ! The staff are friendly and helpfully. So good we even purchased vouchers to share our experience with the mother in law.

Would have been 6 but we were near the street window. The ambience is much nicer further back in the Chichester Restaurant where the roof window makes it lighter and nicer.

Fabulous staff, coupled with fabulous food! At the end of our meal, my wife announced that my birthday was imminent. They asked us to wait a moment and returned with a lovely desert, with a lit candle in it and sang Happy Birthday to me. Very touching in its spontaneity and of course, massively appreciated.

I love Lemongrass, the food is amazing and the staff are so lovely! It has a great atmosphere. It is my favourite restaurant in Chichester.

The food is only beaten by the exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in to the second you leave, they make you feel valued and welcome. My wife and I spent our 1 year anniversary there and couldn't of been happier.

We had a great meal. We shared a Lemongrass Starter Platter and then opted for a curry each, with Pak Choi on the side. Didn't try any wine, so can't comment on this. The staff were very attentive and pleasant.

What a fantastic restaurant, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is out of this world with generous portions which are easy to share. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Absolutely beautiful tasty food, plenty of it, wonderful helpful staff. Just a bit noisy (we went on a Monday evening too) and echoes so not good with a hearing deficit. Definitely recommend this as long as you can cope with noise. I think there is a quieter corner at the front
