Wonderful food and service in a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely return
Great soup, very mediocre fish and poor veg, good sweet. Overall not great value for money compared to the other French restaurants in Crouch End.
A welcoming restaurant which has been established for over 30 years (perhaps more). The French owner is an excellent chef and its menu, even though short since it's family-run, is top-quality: authentic French cuisine. The music is kept to a minimum which is another bonus.
The ambience was really nice, we really appreciated that there was no canned music, so we could hear eachother. The food was cooked to perfection, we had the traditional fish soup and the chestnut terrine, followed by pheasant and guinea fowl. Absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back. The price was very reasonable for that level of cuisine.
Fantastic experience at Les Associes. Food drink and ambience were perfection. Friendly host with amazing quality food. A very special experience. Would highly recommend
Delicious food and attentive friendly service. Always a pleasure to visit this neighbourhood restaurant.
Delicious, authentic French food with excellent service. A fabulous restaurant.

Excellent intimate dining experience. Feels like being transported to France
Under the personal care of the owner/chef, splendid authentic French cuisine
Good, as ever, Food, and atmosphere, and Marc, all French.
It's always a delight to eat wonderful French food at this charming restaurant.
A very pleasant experience with beautifully cooked delicious food and good service.
Always a delight to visit this small charming neighbourhood restaurant.
A small, intimate, quirky restaurant serving classic French cuisine. It was like being in someone's house. The food was absolutely delicious though, beautifully cooked and the quite eccentric owner/chef was very proud of his creations. He gave me detailed instructions on how to cook lamb in a strong French accent. A gem!
A taste of France in all respects. A real gem of a place.
Les Associés is a lovely French restaurant serving delicious food
A charming restaurant with wonderful staff and the tastiest French food we’ve had outside France. Always a pleasure and so enjoyable, thank you
Fantastic experience. Very attentive service and exceptional cuisine. We shall be returning soon.
Another great meal from a menu which serves for all tastes. Thank You!
The food delicious and service excellent. Very small intimate restaurant and very quiet.
We have just had the most amazing meal, and a wonderful evening at Les Associes. A return visit after coming with our French family over twenty years ago. The food was absolutely perfect, and beautifully cooked, with such a depth of flavour. We loved the personal touch, the chef coming out of the kitchen to chat, and the fact that he was so accomodating and made a special vegetarian meal. The service was great, and totally relaxed. We felt very looked after but never rushed, and everything was explained. A unique, intimate and lovely restaurant, that we will certainly return to with friends and family, but this time not wait for twenty years!!
Great food, authentic , felt as though I was in France
Chef Marc was superb. He attentive to our needs, fast to respond and the food that came out was fantastic
A lovely small authentic and independent French restaurant. The food was delicious,, and the service really friendly. It's a unique place and well worth a visit.
Classic French cooking to a very high standard. It's a one man show, but that man knows what he is doing and does it well. Highlights were scallops and chicken liver starter and creme brulee for dessert. Decor is a bit dated but somehow fits the experience perfectly. We've been around and about crouch end for 40+ years and this place has stood the test of time so they must be doing something right.
Wonderful as always -sat outside as it was hot tonight
Highly enjoyable, traditional French cooking. Feels like a blast from the past (in a good way)
Very quiet day in the restaurant but the food and the service was very good.
Very good service, delicious food! We love this local French restaurant. Everyone working here is friendly in a French typical way. The food is just glorious! The wine is magnificent in particular the dessert wine. We come here for special occasions often and will keep coming. Love it!
Excellent food, all four of us had different dishes and all agreed ‘twas just lovely, nice French wine too.
Very enjoyable. Excellent food and service. Great to be served fresh bread and have the bread replenished. We will certainly go back again.
Food and wine reasonably priced. Very quirky very French. Food choices good lovely atmosphere very good hosts. Would recommend for a different night out
Used to go to this restaurant many years ago and it was always busy and a good dining experience, so sad to see it a bit drab now - no decor changes in 15 years - the food was really nice but the waiter didn’t look like he really wanted to be there- such a pity
As usual everything was perfect. Great food, great staff. Love it.
Great experience, great food and something I'd recommend if you want French cuisine cooked by a French chef in North London
Beautiful authentic food, friendly host. Like walking into another French world. One of the best restaurants in London
The French onion soup was the best I’d ever had, the duck was just right and the tarte tatin was superb. There was a lovely atmosphere as our host couldn’t have been more helpful and I would definitely go again. Thank you.
It was very quiet on the night we visted (very hot) but the owner gave us his full attention and the food was, as usual, delicious. A greater choice of wines by the glass would be good.
A Great place. Wonderful French food, wine, and service. Thank you.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an authentic french food experience! Bravo!
We were very impressed with the food and service, all at a very reasonable price. The Sunday lunch menu is small but we enjoyed everything ordered and will definitely visit again.
Relaxed atmosphere. Great food. Great wine. The cheese course was fantastic too. We're very lucky to have a piece of provincial France on our doorstep!
We had 2 set meals and one al la carte. The pernod aperitif was very good. We had French Onion soup and Rabbit terrine as hors d'oeuvre, followed by 2 guinea fowl. and a pan fried rare ribeye steak with cheese.mustarde cream sauce, an apple tart and a selection of desserts, with a bottle of Cote du Rhone and a dessert wine. Other drinks were a small beer and a coke. Our bill was under £120 inc service. We all enjoyed the food, have been before and will go back again, The location opposite Park Road pool Crouch End is out of the way, so difficult to find unless recommended or via a search engine
A small, informal cosy restaurant, flexible with the last minute change of booking time. Overall a very friendly service and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend when looking for a tasty French meal.
Our Fourth visit for a special Celebration .a good price for Sunday lunch but a bit shocked by Aperitif price but Hey it was a birthday! Both my sons love the food too
Excellent food and service thank you very much will come again
It's the third time we have been and we love it
Excellent meal and Service. Looking forward to going back in the future. Great onion soup to start, followed by Lamb rack. Creme brulee to finish was excellent.
Great food, great wine, great service. The place has a great quirky atmosphere and vibe thanks to the chef's passion for food and drink. Always feels like a special night out.
