And that’s just the smell – just wait until taste comes into play! At Macellaio, the chefs age cuts of Fassona beef until the flavours are absolutely perfect. Great quality restaurant. Quite expensive. The meat - Fiorentina Steak - was the best of the meal and also good choice of red wines. Will come back.
