The food wasn’t good. I had very nice experience in Madhur’s at Sheraton skyline a few days back so went to Southall branch with high hopes. The food was below average (both veg and non veg). I live in Harrow and get much better authentic Indian food around where I live. The service was good and the waiter tried to help when we complained about a dish which we didn’t like at all. However, when the bill cams manager hadn’t taken off the charge for the dish. In the end he removed it but argued that the this is how the chef prepares this dish and if we don’t like it it’s hard luck.

Everything was fantastic. Value for money, amazing food, value for money . Service was excellent.

Not as good as expected. We booked to have our meal at 13.45 and arrived at 13.50. They said they are closing at 15.00 and asked us to order quickly and was rushing us to finish soon. Waiter hit my head with the plate accidentally while clearing the table and didn’t bother much. We didn’t have time to order desert or coffee and left at 15.30. We didn’t enjoy the meal Food was cooked and served in a hurry not tasty, among the many dishes we ordered chicken curry tasted very bad.

Visited with a couple of friends on Friday evening the food as usual was very tasty.We had missed grill as a starter the meat was very well prepared and succulent.Would definitely recommend.
