Lovely meal but some of the party felt their meal was not warm enough

Disappointed with this meal. Booked a table and it wasn’t ready. Food took a long time to come. Wasn’t the best meal of its kind

Excellent meal at Maisha - food was fantastic and service also really good.

On a visit to St Andrews I saw this restaurant. It had good reviews on several sites. The menu was interesting, and on first impression a cosy and interesting place to eat. I booked as I was alone, and on arrival I was asked to sit upstairs. It seemed there was room downstairs but didn’t argue. I ended up eating in a room on my own which took away all the atmosphere. The waiter attending to “ upstairs “ didn’t seem very communicative, and not very interested. It’s a pity the menu choices were excellent and the food I chose was excellent. The evening was spoilt by the lack of atmosphere. On leaving “ downstairs “ was still 50% free. Perhaps they don’t like single diners.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating plus excellent and tasty food!

We found the meal was very average Egyptian kebab too many onions not enough chicken and couldn’t drink my G&T as tastes flat with no taste whatsoever of gin with no ice

Food was good but I prefer mines to come out the kitchen sizzling. No hot plates to keep food warm. Quite expensive esecially for drinks.

Fantastic food, not overpriced and charming staff. All the flavours tasted fresh and unique rather than the usual generic curry tastes you get in some places.

Service excellent, food very good, excellent value for money. Location is good and menu options and price within our requirements. We will return, again, and again.
