About Mamafubu Chinese Restaurant
With an outstanding location in the very heart of Glasgow and an elegant restaurant exterior on Glassford Street, Mamafubu is the newest Chinese addition to Merchant City’s famous restaurant scene. This is a concept restaurant with plenty of thought behind it and the chefs here have quite literally travelled the world in order to gift Glasgow with a kitchen full of authentic flavours. The menu here is inspired by Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, and plenty of other culinary hotspots. You can expect dishes in the way of banh mi, noodle soups, Pan-Asian street food, hot bento boxes and plenty of noodle soups. Glasgow loves Mamafubu and we’re sure you will, too.

We both loved it, nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Great food with loads of choice and very friendly service. We will definitely go again.
Food and service was absolutely first class. The young waiter was so pleasant and very attentive without being overbearing, he is a credit to your restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment.
Extremely friendly staff, great food and it was a birthday which they sang happy birthday with a free dessert which was lovely. Would highly recommend
Excellent range of mainly Chinese and other Asian foods. Much wider choice than in most Chinese places that people are used to. Prices also pretty good.
We had booked our table but had trouble with the voucher. We were given menus that were not the ones that were called for voucher and left not knowing what was happening. They said they had to wait for manager and 20 mins or so later someone rise took the voucher code which was given already on booking form, and gave up the 5pm menu Having bought for starters and main course we were disappointed that we had to pay separately for rice. Noodles to go with meal. This is the first we g ad come across this. The food we had was nice but the experience here was not good. We would not return
The service staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick, if anything it was too quick. Food was lovely and we all enjoyed our meal. The Tom Yum Udon was great as were the chicken dumplings. Would eat here again.
Dumplings arrived nearly half way through our meal and had to go up and request the bill as we waited over 10 minutes for it but other than that i like mamafubus , lovely food and cute wee resteraunt
Me and a friend decided to go for lunch and the food was amazing, the service was good and the staff were friendly. The timing was perfect too we didn't have to wait long. Will be back again!
I'm a wheelchair user. I booked a table specifying this. I was allocated a suitable table, food was nice. However when I arrived and as the staff member pushed me up the ramp, I was told there is no disabled toilet! Thats put me off returning I'm afraid. This venue is not fully accessible.
Very good, everyone enjoyed everything they had and even the coffee was really nice which is very unusual for Chinese restaurants. Prices a wee bit high but probably worth it.
Food was really nice with plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Service was very slow when we first arrived but did eventually get better. We would definitely return and recommend to friends.
Great location, nice decor and a good size space. Food was really tasty, lunch menu was really good value. Would definetly go back there again.
this was my second visit to the Restuarnt. Although the food was good the staf could have been more attentive. After sitting for a while had to ask someone to take our order.
