Perfect place, for both chilling and for good food - had the mix grill, and it was amazing. The belly dance show was the cherry on top, making us really enjoy the night. Didn't try the shisha, but will definitely do next time.

Good food and service. The front of the restaurant is a little bit smokey as people smoke shisha outside and the doors are open in the summer, so I'd advise sitting at the back of the restaurant if you don't like the smell of shisha.

We went early, pre-theatre, so most people were relaxing with a drink or a hookah at the outside tables. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the service was efficient and quick. The food was good with many vegetarian and even vegan options clearly marked. (We are not vegetarian). There were several people wearing a hijab, so presumably the cuisine is authentic Moroccan/Arabic. We would have liked to have stayed longer and not to have rushed.

The food was very nice, some waiters need to be more friendly and smile at their customers. I would go back for the food but will go to the Mayfair brunch.

The staff wasn't as pleasant as before, we waited 25 minutes for the bill and they didn't even offer us the deserts menu.. Used to be my favourite resturant but I will be looking for new places to dine now, such a shame

The staff were lovely and the resturant was very impressive. However, the food was overpriced especially with the tiny portions served, i will not be returning to mamounia for this reason.

Great food and atmosphere. my only critic is they have no chocolate fondant with ice cream. I wasn't very impressed with the dessert menu. As we were in Knightsbridge they had a few dessert places around so it didn't ruin the evening. This place is my local.

I love to come here when I want a good mix of Lebanese and Moroccan food, both are excellent. The Lamb tagine was delicious and staff and service are exceptional. Will always recommend Mamounia.

Had an amazing time, the arabian decor, atmosphere and food was spot on although the prawn dish was a downer unfortunately, ive had better, however the belly dance entertainment just got all of us up and dancing, shame didnt last long probably just for a few minutes. Had a lovely time once again. The waiters were friendly but we had to keep reminding them to bring our drinks, we were really thirsty, so had to wait quite long, overall its really nice. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Great service and wonderful food. The waiters were very handsome and attentive. The toilets could have been maintained better though. Was a little quiet then we expected it to be for a Friday night and no belly dancers!

Food was amazing but the service was less impressive - rude waitresses! Also we wanted to have shisha but didn't realise it would be outside the restaurant on the noisy High Street (unless you're a member then you can use the upstairs lounge). A nice experience but we wouldn't go again.

Staff were good and friendly but the food is really average and the atmosphere, music and decor are all a little dated. I've eaten much better Moroccan food elsewhere and for much less. In summary -it thinks it's more upmarket than it actually is.

They gave us à table in a sort of corridor with a view on the kitchen. It was less nice than in the main room do the restaurant. However the atmosphere was nice and the food was good (just a little overpriced).

It is the best restaurant ever, the food and service was amazing. The venue was beautiful, it felt like I was in another country. I recommend people who've not been there to go.

A restaurant that felt small, but had lots of space. The belly dancer added interest especially when she brought up some of the other diners. The food was good, but maybe slightly over priced at £130 for 2.

Very good. Bit expensive. But good meal. I would recommend eating there again. The bread did come out a bit dry and cold though. 👍🏽

Nice setting, good customer service. Staff were very polite. Food was fantastic, definitely worth a visit! Have yet to try the shisha but if it's anything like the food then I'm sure it will be amazing!

Dissapointing first experience. I booked this for my birthday, part of the appeal being the belly dancing show and dj after the meal. When seated we were told they had cancelled both throughout January! No where in the website, when booking or during a further telephone call made to the restaurant this week were we told this. When I explained my dissatisfaction to the manager and explained half of my party had travelled from the North of England for my birthday he did not really seem to bothered. I suggested he offer us a gesture of good will due to the false advertising and as a way to improve our experience and after some back and forth where we refused free Morrocon tea (we were a party of girls out for a birthday and did not want tea) he then said the only thing he would do was knock of the service charge! A service charge is a discretionary payment anyway so this was no discount to us. He refused any type of discount, even a bottle of wine for 6 of us to share. Positives were that the food was lovely, however, service was slow and the manager tainted the whole experience for us. He had no people skills and was really not bothered that our experience was spoilt by having none of the entertainment. I would not go here again!

Great tasting food, however as a vegan wasn't told that one dish contained yogurt after I questioned a lot ( annoying amount I'm sure ) before finally the waitress said yes it does contain yogurt. However the lentil soup was delicious would still again happily! Good food! But online looks bigger it's a small space with yummy food.

Rude waiters. Satisfactory food. Waiter thought it was acceptable to say something rude to us in a language we did not understand, when we asked what he said he replied by saying ' have a good lunch in Italian' of course this is not actually what he said meant. He then ran outside to laugh about it with one of his colleagues. Once telling him we knew that is not what it meant he admitted he said something rude to us. Waiter who did not serve us at all but gave us the bill was upfront asking each of us for tips. The restaurant looked lovely inside although the food was satisfactory, definitely not worth the price and a ten pounds service charge was also too much regarding the way we were spoken too. Would definitely not go here again.

Great restaurant in South Kensington the staff is very friendly, the finest cuisine with smells that encourage travel. maybe ambient music should be more Oriental-style and certainly less strong

The waiter who served us was angry and not very attentive. On the other hand the quality of the food could be so much better specially coming from a restaurant located in Knightsbridge , additionally the dress code is totally unnecessary.

Arrived at 10:40... was rushed to order then the bar was closed so couldn't get cocktails had to get vodka and redulls, wasn't asked if it would a single or double .. when the bill came it was clear they charged us the most expensive size!! After ordering food it came and we felt rushed to eat as they started shutting the windows turning the music off and closing the till... they brought the bill to us before we even asked .. the bill was £83 just for 2 plates of food one plate of rice and humours !! What a rip off !!!! No Value for money !!!
