Lovely setting for a restaurant. Staff most welcoming and attentive. Food most enjoyable. We will be back.

Due to covid we had not been out to often, felt comfortable and relaxed with the measures taken to protect both staff and customers. Service was excellent and attentive it was nice to be out and not feel anxious.

Lovely welcome and food. Felt valued and cared for within a relaxed atmosphere. Socially-distanced layout was well thought through and guidelines were clearly being followed.

Throughly enjoyed the food and service were absolutely perfect 100% recommend

An enjoyable experience in lovely surroundings. Rump of Lamb perfectly pink served with mini gnocchi and a delicious sauce. Dessert also lovely and all dishes beautifully presented. Good service too. Such a treat to have a restaurant like MBK in Linlithgow.

Music a wee bit loud when we were right next to the speaker but the staff turned it down on asking.

Good food, good service, but disappointed that after my wife had a bad fall in Mason Belles whilst departing from the table, due to the position of our table & her seat up against a step that is clearly a tripping hazard for the tables at both sides of the steps, no one from Mason Belles has seen fit to follow up on the incident by contacting us.

Not the best meal I have had at this restaurant. Would not rush to go again

we have a young family so rarely get out for dinner just the two of us. We were looking forward to it.Our starters were nice and my husband enjoyed his main of surf and turf. I had the Tuna steak and it was a bit salty which took away from the rest of the dish. Our main issue however was with the wine we ordered. I asked for a btl of the house white and was asked if I wanted to try the wine on special instead. I said why not thinking it would be priced around the same price. When receiving the bill we found out the wine was actually more than double the price of the original wine that I ordered. I complained about this and was told that it should have been £20 more and that is why it was on special. I have since found out it only costs £11 in the shops so charging £65 a btl is a bit excessive if that is what they are planning on normally charging. I received£5 off my bill after speaking to the waiter who refused to take any more off as he said it was my fault for not asking the price of the wine at the time. Overall it put a dampner on what should have been a nice night out away from the kids.

Steak was a bit on the raw side in the middle (we ordered medium) and one scallop was a bit overcooked.

Excellent food and great staff. Will be back in near future

Bit of a delay in food arriving, but staff apologised without us asking so not a problem, it was well handled
