Mexican Village

The whole experience was very pleasant. Staff were attentive but very not in your face. The food was served quickly and was very delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great little place, lovely atmosphere and great food without having to go into the city centre. The squid was really tasty and extra hot chimichangas.

Lovely restaurant as always, great atmosphere with friendly staff, very child friendly, great food at a good price, only drawback is that it needs more wine especially red to choose from.

Really nice food, just poor service experienced, took 15 minutes to bring a cocktail, only one starter came while other took 15 minutes. Then when final starter came, tried to bring main courses with starter. Not good. Finished food. Then wait 15 minutes for the bill. Great food just unorganised slow service put dampener on evening.

Excellent service and food,will certainly go again.dont understand why it has to be a minimum of 25 words ,I think it does put people off leaving a review

Excellent authentic Mexican food at moderate prices with lovely service from two very attentive young ladies. Booking promptly attended to. Pity the place is so small.

The food was excellent as always. Service was fantastic, very relaxed evening with very good friends. We will be returning again in 2016 for another awesome meal.

Had a lovely experience for my fiancé birthday. Food, drinks and service fantastic. Food really good with plenty of choice as was the drinks menu and the lovely staff couldn't do enough to make this a family celebration to remember. Will Definately be returning.

As always amazing foods lovely stuff cannot do enough for you you must be before hands as you will not have a chance of getting a table and so popular at the moment with the food being so nice cannot wait for our next visit with tony and a couple of weeks time

A nice friendly atmosphere, with good food and efficient service. In addition, a good choice on menu with a sufficient selection. House wine was decent.

Excellent food, good wine and good service.recommended.only small so book early as holds about 40 people,well worth a visit as it's different to other restaurants in west Derby.

FOOD AND SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD.NICE PLACE TO EAT. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THAT WE HAD BOOKED FOR 6.45PM.WE SAT DOWN AND THE WAITRESS CAME OVER AND INFORMED US THAT WE ONLY HAD THE TABLE UNTIL 8.15PM. I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT WHEN I BOOKED AND I THINK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME.BY THE TIME WE HAD ORDERED AND WAITED FOR THE MEAL TO COME,IT DID'NT LEAVE US MUCH TIME TO EAT .WE DID'NT HAVE A SWEET,SO WE JUST HAD ENOUGH TIME TO EAT OUR STARTER AND MAIN MEAL. HAVING SAID ALL THAT,WE WOULD GO AGAIN,BUT MAKE SURE ABOUT THE TABLE TIMES.

The food was lovely. the staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint it is seems like your rushed to make room for the next people. However it was a nice meal

Lovely staff, polite and attentive. The restaurant is a clean and tidy but lacking a little atmosphere. Could really hear other diners conversations as there is nothing to break up the space. Food was decent and good value.

The food was fabulous and the girls were really attentive only downside is i reserved a table for two only to find my table was not ready when i got there which was disappointing we wwre left by the front door to wait for our table and not offered a drink whilst we waited it was quite awkward.....it was more annoying that i noticed other tables that had been reserved where ready and waiting for other people when they got there. The food however truly was fabulous and the girls as i said were really nice and attentive.

Lovely food,not cheap but I'd rather pay a little more to get quality fresh restaurant food other than mass produced fast food. We went as a party of four and all were pleased.

Rushed, watched while we eat, daughter wasn't allowed a cooked pudding as it would take us over out 1:30hr allocation! Contantly asked had we finished despite still eating and just felt completely rush! Never go back again!!

Fantastic night! We only waited about 5 minutes for our table and were then given complimentary drinks for our wait which wasn't even an issue. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much. Great atmosphere and will defiantly be back. Customer service was some of the best I've ever seen

had a lovely meal, service and staff very good. only downside was my handbag was set alight by tealight on table but staff were very apologetic and offered to buy a replacement.
