Mimosa - Aldershot

It was my first time ever eating at Mimosa. I enjoyed it a lot which for me is a big plus when eating somewhere new. The staff were all nice and the food was rather tasty.

Very poor selection of food. this has changed in the last few months, but lunch menu appears to be significantly lacking. V Poor value for money.

Not bad food but had much better for less. Minimal selection of the seafood, sushi just to tick the box(yes we have it). Food good quality and tasty

Hi, I wanted to just drop an email regarding our visit this evening. Me and my fiancé travelled from Portsmouth which is nearly an hour to come to this restaurant which we normally class as one of our favourites for a lovely date night evening and instead we were quite disappointed. Although the food was great we felt rather rushed. Nobody really bothered to check on us or how are meals were and although it was slightly busy we were placed in the corner of the restaurant and just felt ignored. A big thing that sparked us was we went to get our desert and when we come back our table had been cleared along with our drinks which we were still drinking at the time and our cutlery to eat. Nobody even bothered to ask us how everything was through the meal or at the end when paying. We’re not two to complain but it’s a shame we travelled all this way to somewhere we normally enjoy to be treated this way and still pay nearly £40 for this experience too. We just felt rushed and it made the evening very miserable for us as we like to go out here for dinner. For this we potentially might not return - not for a while at least. We don’t want to complain but we felt we should be honest and address how we feel with this to avoid it for further customer service too. Kind regards, Lauren & Luke Sent from my iPhone

Food is lovely and hot, continuously replenished. Drinks are pretty pricy.

Good food as usual but surprised Sat lunchtime now evening price so bill was much higher than expected which put a damper on things. Disappointed not to have been warned when I rang to check open and price on Easter Saturday. Yes, technically it is the ‘same as every Saturday’ but given the change was only a couple of weeks ago, not what we were expecting for a Saturday Also, given the restaurant was nearly empty and put a party with noisy children next to our policy? It can only have been sent convenience.

Regular visitors and food always good. Relaxed atmosphere and the kids love it! Good for them too as it encourages them to try different dishes.

We had fabulous food ,The best peshwari nanns ever ! We have been coming to mimosa for years and we are never disappointed.Also has a good loyalty card. Thanks mimosa for another lovely evening !

We got seen pretty quickly, for a saturday night the service was pretty quick but understandably stretched because it was busy in there. food was fine, there wasn't as much variety as i am used too but what was there was nice. the drink we ordered was nice too - subtle but refreshing. the staff were all friendly and helpful and cleaned up the tables often and were quite talkative too which was nice. I would go back if I lived a bit closer but as a one off the experience was pleasant enough.

As usual, Mimosa provided a very good range of pan-Asian food for our Group (we had dined there before). We were celebrating Chinese New Year (2019 - year of the Pig/Boar) and there was plenty of good food to suit all tastes (we had English, Chinese, Japanese, and Bosnian-Herzegovina people present, of various ages and all with knowledge of Good Food. The Booking was simple, the Establishment was clean and the food was very good and very reasonably priced. In addition, the Management and Staff were very accommodating and polite - the only thing missing was a round table, so that we could have better enjoyed the event (hence the marking). All in all - well recommended. We will go back again.

Excellent food, pleaseant surroundings and great value for money. We were three generations for a birthday meal including a couple of fussy eaters and all enjoyed it very much.

The food was excellent, very clean restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was exceptional. The manager was professional, helpful and good sense of humour. Our party was 9 adults + 5 children. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I had a lovely evening celebrating my birthday.

It was fantastic food, a wide range of dishes and excellent service. A real pleasure to eat there for a family birthday meal out. Thank you.

Excellent service , plenty of food at all times . Great variety, Some food cooked to order . Hygiene excellent .Only negative is their pudding selection is not great , tiny little puddings and tasteless .

Staff very polite and attentive, the food was amazing, nice and hot and tasty, lots of choice and regularly refreshed and refilled. Definitely something for everyone
