Sad it's closed down, but Miyagi Allerton is just as good.

Booked a table for 2 people at 7.15pm on Saturday 21.10.17 via Miyagi’s website. The restaurant was closed when we arrived. Had to find somewhere else to eat.

The food was delicious an the staff were amazing, the atmosphere was also very nice for a couple or a group. I would highly recommend it

Only let down is the changes to the menu, the beef massam curry had been removed which is one of our favourites. Service still outstanding though.

As per usual, everything was excellent! The service is always super friendly and down to earth, nothing is ever any bother! I love the fentimans rose lemonade here in particular.

As with every visit I've ever had here, incredible food, awesome service and a delightful atmosphere. I brought two friends from London who were extremely impressed and particularly enjoyed the bao buns. The 60s soul music really adds to the relaxed atmosphere too.

Having been to Myagi before (just the two of us) we were very impressed and decided to take friends this time. Everything was excellent, especially the Cornish mussels! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed

Miyagi is now my absolute favourite restaurant. The food was stunning, every mouthful was delicious! The service is relaxed, friendly but still professional and the atmosphere is chilled and chatty. What more could you ask!

The food just wasn't as tasty as I expected, the ramen and the beetroot sushi were bland. The ribs and prawn tempura were delicious though and the fries. Veggie options were limited.

Excellent food, wine and service, our waitress couldn't have been more helpful. Pork belly bun and the Malbec were particular favourites. Be sure to treat yourself to a sake too!

Food and cocktails were both delicious! Service was a bit slow though so not ideal... we had an independent liverpool card that gets you at 10% discount on th a la Carte menu which made a difference as there were four of us

Great service and excellent food. Would highly recommend Miyagi's. Beautifully presented and would highly recommend the beef taco. Dessert was great too with their own version of Eton mess with yuzu.

Easy to book online. The food was well presented and tasty. We had excellent service. Given plenty of time to decide although very attentive. Very friendly and efficient service from waitress

Good restaurant. Fairly wide choice of vegetable seafood and meat japanese / korean style tapas. Prices are midrange (4-8) per dish. Around 3 dishes each is ample. Service is good and staff very friendly and helpfull.

Amazing! Really lovely night for a catch up with some old friends. Staff were really nice and was able to have a good laugh! Food was amazing and fabulous vegetarian options!

Amazing food whilst also offering a unique experience. The smoking plum old fashioned drink is a must for any whiskey lover. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Excellent service, really tasty dishes and reasonably priced lunch. Will go again. I love Japanese food but was worried this might be too 'fusion' for my taste, but have to say it was all delicious. Also liked the decor and armosphere of the place. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable meal. Casual and relaxing atmosphere. Food was tasty and the camp fire marshmallows were fun and delicious; top tip, set them on fire for a nice burnt sugar crispy shell and then dip in chocolate :)

Fabulous value for money, was shown main menu and the lunch time specials which were lovely and great portions. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be recommending and visiting again.

Mr m's special fried rice has nuts. I've a nut allergy. Rectified before I took first bite. Not marked on menu. Would have rated 6 otherwise.
