Miyagi – Bold Street

Amazing delicious food. We ate from the soul food section in order to try lots of different dishes, and we were not disappointed. Hospitality was above and beyond. we were celebrating a friends birthday and requested the miyagi special birthday cake- it was to die for, red velvet and chocolate, amazing not your standard sponge and cream. Overall will definetly be going back. Beautiful decor friendly staff amazing food!!!

Didn't feel family friendly with staff not being helpful or attentive. Generally service was haphazard with little attention paid to drinks / napkins etc... Food felt overpriced too for what it was and couldn't honestly say it was worth it when the bill arrived. Disappointed as we had been wanting to go for a while and we're looking forward to it.

Second visit to Miyagi. The food and cocktails were just as amazing as the last time. The staff were very attentive, couldn't be more helpful

I've wanted to try this place for ages! Excellent food! We had the salmon sushi, ramen, duck gyoza and teriyaki beef. Everything was excellently prepared and tasted fantastic. We would highly recommend.

The food was wonderful, the chicken Katsu curry was lovely and a perfect portion size. The drinks and desserts were exciting too. And the service was brilliant. I'll be recommending it to everyone

Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere, great music. Staff so friendly, happy & helpful. Food was amazing, everything was delicious and beautifully served. We ordered 4 smaller dishes and one large main between two of us, just so we could try a little of everything. We were not disappointed. Prices are very reasonable too. We would definitely go again. Cocktails, Scooners of larger & wine were all devine. Highly recommend.

Had a brilliant night! The food was gorgeous, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and staff are really attentive and friendly. There are some items on the menu that are a bit over priced so don't expect a cheap night but it will be an enjoyable one!

Ok, thw service was slower than previous visited but the food is still of a good standard. I would recommend this place to other people.

Food was fantastic, cocktails were perfect, staff were friendly and helpful as always. The music was also great and created a really fun atmosphere. I will be back!

Both of us really enjoyed the food. My friend had the teriyaki steak and I had the tuna, tempura king prawns and seseme chicken wings. All was beautiful but my eyes were just too big for my belly. Staff were lovely and attentive and helpful with what was on the menu.

Excellent food, with excellent service, excellent price. I've Been here on a few occasions now and it never disappoints. Try the lunchtime bento boxes, lovely.

Very tasty food for lunch today. Tried a variety of dishes including bento box (lots of choice). All very nice. Plus a great server, Carl.

My wife, myself and 2 friends visited Miyagi last night. The staff were very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered the yakatori mixture and wine to start - delicious. This was followed by ordering our 'mains' - absolutely delicious. Not a single complaint. We were left to enjoy our meal and drinks, and converse. There was no pushiness from staff nor was there a racket from other diners so prevalent in many other restaurants - hence we could talk ! A relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The food was Great, we had great service from our friendly waitress, great surroundings, very enjoyable! Hint: take the pork belly bun and the black pig gyoza!

Food, atmosphere and service were all phenomenal. One of my friends had a problem with their order and they took it off the bill straight away. Definitely in my top 5.

Spot on and the food was amazing. Made me enjoy sushi again and the prawn tempura was out of this world. Thanks a lot for making the start of the day so fab

Interesting food choices, all well cooked and presented. Staff were knowledgable and friendly. We went early on a Sunday before going to a concert so restaurant was unusually quiet as on previous visits in peak time it has always been busy with a great atmosphere.

my 4rd visit - each time with different people & everyone enjoyed. Recommend 2 plates each plus extras chips & rice. Delicious tastes & great value

Amazing food, really good service and attentive. After a previous mishap Miyagi really couldnt have done more to host us and make amends. Food was really delicious.

Absolute amazing food - the bao buns and bang bang chicken are to die for. There is something for everyone here for vegetarians, pescatarians and meat eaters. So much choice

Food was very good and the service excellent, great atmosphere inside and really friendly. They even gave my wife an umbrella because it was raining outside!

Booked Miyagi for good with some bloggers I was entertaining and they loved it! The food and staff were amazing - will definitely be back.

Excellent restaurant. Took my mum on a night out with friends. Great location, lovely lay out. Toilet downstairs and upstairs, fantastic service and lovely food which was presented very well. Would defo recommend.

Always a winner. Amazing food from land, sea or garden, to suit all. Lovely accomodating staff and chefs. Full marks all round. Trust me, go to miyagis.

The food was great, quite different to other eateries. The chilli beef taco, Japanese pancakes and tuna shashimi nigiri were all outstanding and will be on our re-order list next time! We were a party of 5 and all enjoyed it immensely.

As per usual, Miyagi thoroughly impressed! I took friends from London who loved it. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious and I even made it to a pudding for the first time. The marshmallows and fire were phenomenal!

Absolutely delicious food, lovely staff and great service, one meal was out very late but was written off the bill and got a free drink so all good :)

Great food n friendly staff! Had a problem with the air con leaking on us and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Resulting in us trying the marshmallow roasting experience!

Great food. Great service. This was my 5th or 6th visit and i have never been disappointed. Even my 86 year old Nan loved it.

Food was amazing . As were staff .I have dined in bold st and allerton rd . Bold st is bigger so I didn't get the ambience of Allerton rd. But the food is served as it should be . So beautiful

really good service and food. asian tapas is very interesting. do not expect noodles etc its more bao buns and chicken skewers. food was good but not amazing

Miaygi is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The menu always has something new to try and the drinks are great. The paneer curry is amazing!
