Excellent food, variety and service and so convenient for Sadlers Wells theatre. Easy access from Angel tube station. Would certainly go again when attending the theatre.

We had a great pre-theatre meal at Miz En Bouche. Great service, great value for money and best of all they were very accommodating with my food allergies - making sure I could have all that I ordered. Will definitely return and stay longer.

When we arrived at the restaurant there was no booking for us (made via Quandoo and confirmed two days before). They found us a table, made us very welcome and gave us a delightful pre-theatre dinner. What we would have done if they had been unable to help us I am not sure.

A real find in the immediate vicinity of Sadlers Wells Theatre. A perfect venue for a pre or post show meal. Delicious food, very reasonably priced. Friendly, attentive staff. Simple but stylish decor. Buzzy atmosphere . Will come back.

We were really rushed as the tube had played up and we were due to go to Sadlers Wells but the restaurant really pulled all the stops out to not only get us served in time but to make the whole experience as pleasurable as possible. The food was great and the service brilliant would definitely go again.

we had a lovely pre-theatre meal which was served at a suitable speed for us! Really good 2 course menu for £15 and the cheese board was excellent. The restaurant is cute and cosy.

Excellent food, very conscious of theatre times without sacrificing quality food. Extremely friendly staff, must go if you're visiting the theatre or in the vicinity!

Good service, shame the special menu didn't have much of value on it. Onion soup, tartiflette & 2 scoops of ice cream for £19 doesn't seem great value to me. Sample special menu on website offered rack of lamb, but no such offerings available tonight - shame

Good food and atmosphere, think we were just a little unlucky as it was very busy and new staff had joined, plus a very large party sat down just before us. We had to wait a little longer for drinks that is ideal but we had plenty of time. Varied menu, brunch was perfect for us ahead of a visit to Sadlers Wells, which is within a few minutes' walk.

Good food, good service, good value. A small, comfortable restaurant with friendly, efficient staff and an extensive menu of French bistro food. Highly recommend, especially pre-theatre as they are clearly used to people dining prior to going to Sadlers Wells.

Great ambience, very happy staff and really pleasing food. The sort of eatery you'd expect to find and enjoy in a back street in Brittany or Marseilles

Great location in Angel, near to Sadler's Wells. Cosy, authentic French restaurant with great menu and good service. Main menu prices and service charge on the more expensive side, but great traditional French set menu option also.

Lovely, cosy restaurant with an inviting menu. We only ordered mains as we were headed off to the theatre nearby. I ordered the fish bouillabaisse, which unfortunately was bland & the fish was overcooked. I wanted it to be so tasty as I have read such positive reviews. My friends fish also was on the overcooked side. I would return as I'm hoping they were having a bad day in the kitchen

As a frenchie I can validate the food is up to a typical French bistro..... Even better the price is totally reasonable. L'art de vivre à la française. When it comes to service... Nice, fast and pragmatic. Thank you for a lovely time! I hope to have the opportunity to be back soon. Simplicity at its best!

Despite stating that restaurant was open for business at 6:00, we had ordered the set menu by then and were served promptly by an amiable waitress. Food was was tasty, simple and well presented; house red wine was eminently quaffable. We will return for a pre theatre supper again.

Miz en Bouche never fails. The food is always great, the set menu excellent value, and the service efficient. On our last visit, pre-theatre, the place was almost full but somehow the staff managed to deal with everything with little or no delay. We'll be back.

Busy evening as the restaurant is popular with those attending Sadlers Wells, slow for the order to be taken but the food was worth the wait. The baked muscles were especially good!

Three out of four of us ordered the chicken breast with bear aide sauce, fries and salad garnish. We were all about non-pleased wither dish, including my husband who is a chef. Rather bland in terms of seasoning and rather limited in the way it was presented...soggy fries too. Great creme brûlée on the other hand and good ice-cream. Slightly slow service considering we were pressed for time as we had theatre tickets. Despite this, the experience was made enjoyable by a great waiter who was helpful and attentive and also made a laugh, which went down well.

Friendly atmosphere , average food although tasty, slightly overpriced and 12percent service charge automatically added to bill... Over the top for simple bistro.
