Can’t fault the friendly service and great food however, we unfortunately had 2 extremely raucous tables next to us; very loud shouting and laughing between both tables (don’t mind laughing but these ladies were overly loud, loving the sound of their own voices). This coupled with the thumping beat of inaudible (due to the noise level), music, made it a fairly uncomfortable Friday night out with 2 friends. Don’t think you need the music at all when the restaurant is full to bursting as the talking guests gives a great atmosphere. Cut the music 🙂

We had a lovely time at Monsoon. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Unfortunately the kitchen got my order of Chicken Jalfrezy wrong and I was served Prawn Jalfrezy. Fortunately I do not have a shellfish allergy! The staff were very kind and offered a free drink as a good will gesture for the confusion. We love Monsoon and often have birthday & anniversary celebrations here.

Music was too loud We felt too rushed. Plates were taken almost before we had finished each course. Glasses were whisked away and cloth changed when we had barely put our cutlery down Although well meant I object to being called 'young lady' when I am anything but -it comes over as over familiar and rather rude.
