Very good service, all done with a smile. The food was also very good. I was a bit surprised to find peas and cauliflower in my Balti chicken, but it tasted fine. Best naan bread I’ve had in a long time.

Excellent food in a super environment with very good service. Plenty of easy parking close by and a very good pub (Wgon and Horses) within 5 minutes walk.

It’s always a guaranteed lovely evening here. Great food, great service and attentive staff. Drinks, poppadoms and a main each came to £48. We felt refreshed and satisfied. You never feel hurried out the door and can socialise for a long time after the last course.

An excellent meal and great service if a little pricey. Wide range of ‘special’ dishes available alongside all of the various strengths and types of curry.

We took 3 Belgian friends one of whom had never eaten Indian food before. He was very impressed - indeed we all were. The service was excellent and the food delicious. One of the best Indian meals ever. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been proper home made kulfi and Indian sweets rather than the ice creams, although some had these and said they were delicious.

Rushed,rude waiter with bad body odour and kept interrupting us,so squashed in and loud could not hear a thing when we tried by on talk.

What a tasteful meal. We love the bar to have a drink whilst waiting. We went with friends that hadn’t been before and they didn’t let us down. Great service and lovely food thanks all !

Had a very good meal at Monsoon. First time ,just my son (Eleven years old) and I had a curry. Service was excellent, food was great and it was a great atmosphere. Ron.

The food was excellent as always. The service was absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for us, and even treated my little girl to a free J20 as we left.

We had a very enjoyable evening. Our food was all good. The service was efficient and staff friendly. I have been going to Monsoon for years and like the atmosphere in there. My grandsons were with me and we did not have to wait too long for each course. They loved it

Food was good but we had to wait about 30mins for our food after our starters. We were charged for some drinks we didn’t have as again we ordered some drinks and they took a long time to come and we ended up ordering them again! Very good round table near the window but very noisy in the main body of the restaurant, background music rather loud.

Very good food, excellent service, especially like the sorbet palate cleaner. Allways friendly and polite. Can get busy around 20:00, so get there early (i.e. 19:00-19:30)

it was good food and service, but was very busy, and the air-conditioning was not turned on, and restaurant filled up with cooking fumes and made it very stuffy and uncomfortable!!!! Shame as the rest was very good.

I would recommend this restaurant the service is attentive and good quality food. As a vegetarian I was pleased there was plenty of choices and also a few different dishes too.

Saturday's meal was the worst I have ever had in an Indian restaurant. The aubergine starter had very little flavour. The lamb biryani was unlike any I have had before. The meat was dry and the vegetable curry tasted as if it had been made from frozen chopped veg. My husband's chicken tikka masala was incredibly sweet and had an unusual texture.

Very odd experience. There was only one other table in the restaurant when we were seated and we were put right next to them, in an other wise silent restaurant all we could hear was the conversation right behind us. The food was mediocre at best and we actually sent one dish back because it was very bland and tasteless, bare in mind that we literally ate one scoop of this before sending it back, we were still charged for it at the end of the meal and offered absolutely no apology. First time visiting here and will definitely not return.

Excellent food, great service and a lovely restaurant! There was a lovely atmosphere and even though very busy the staff were really attentive. So many nice touches throughout - so glad we tried Monsoon.

Great food, good prices, attentive service. Parking is limited close to the restaurant but there is a pay & display car park within walking distance.

A very nice restaurant, with excellent food and good service. The chicken madras and prawn vindaloo were extremely good and highly recomended. The staff were also very helpful in finding us a table on what was a very busy night for them. We will definitely dine there again.

King prawn starter very tasty but only 2 prawns, so expensive. Baby aubergine was not baby, just regular sliced up. House wine to be avoided. Service a bit odd.

We have been going to Monsoon for many years. The food is consistently good with a great choice, served hot and not swimming in oil like some Indian Restaurants.

Extensive menu which caters well for vegetarians, meat and fish eaters with a variety of Indian styles available and generous portions. Everything served sizzling hot. Over the years, I have eaten here often with my husband but this time came with 2 girl friends. Attentive but unobtrusive service. Just lacks a tiny bit of ambience, but this was a Monday night and the restaurant was not very busy.....but it did mean we could hear ourselves speak as we caught up on our news!

We were recommended to eat there by relatives who live opposite and are regular customers. We found it very good indeed - just as they told us it would be. Will eat there again on our next visit

The food was ok. I ordered butter chicken and found the chicken really dry (possibly over cooked)Atmosphere was good. Restaurant was very warm and could have done with the A/C on.

Fantastic food, ready quickly and delicious The staff were friendly and the ambience was perfect. With the traditional style of music and the deco to match I would have no hesitation to return in the future To put it into prospective.. I gave a gratuity that was 20% of my bill 😅

The restaurant was lovely, good service and the food was spot on! Although there no record of our booking at all which is very discouraging and puts me off using quandoo to book again if I'm honest. Lucky we went early and the staff seated us anyway. If we had arrived later in the evening we wouldn't have been so lucky.

Good food, service a little slow - they did not seem to have my booking through Quandoo. They were busy and managed reasonably well. Would definitely go back.
