Excellent food & service at this Restaurant. Good choice & selection for both starters & main. Overall it is great value with no complaints at all.
We booked a table for 2 on Saturday 29th of January, at 19:45 as soon as we arrived we were seen to straight away by one of the members of staff, there was a great atmosphere in the restaurant with a couple of large parties making up the majority, great service, outstanding food and an all round great experience, would highly recommend !!!
Place needs refurbishment, but the food quality is excellent. The prices are reasonable for dishes, however, slightly to high for drinks. Staff is extremely useful.
Great food, lovely staff, and really accommodating for my vegan friend. Really well priced, especially for central London. Will definitely be returning :) thank you!
We went Mumbai square for a family dinner, getting to the location was slightly odd as Tom Tom cannot locate it. Got to restaurant was empty, first thoughts of the restaurant was looked nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my starter but my daughters starter the kebab was fairly bland. The portion size of the biryani was good, the staff was nice and friendly. Overall the night was ok, but to silent for me the restaurant I could here other people's conversation. Lastly the exit door is hazardous when you enter as you cannot see there is step there as it is covered by the seats.
We are regular lunch customers here and it was good to see it busy although the service does suffer somewhat, our drinks order was taken at least three times by different waiters and we still waited about 10 minutes until we got our drinks. That said the buffet was excellent and overall value is also excellent. Buffet dessert was the usual 2 dish choice but for 10 quid for 3 courses and including popadoms, nan and pickles, it's a great place to go for a slap up quality curry at a great price. Ps we are always welcomed very warmly. Would highly recommend
Went as a group of ten, had previously booked, went for the buffet service, cheap for city at £9.99, but they do have an a la carte menu too, excellent service, seated quickly, starters came to us at the table, could've been more generous as it was yummy... Food selection for mains was really good, hot and not too spicy, lots of veg options. Dessert was nice. Choice of cheesecake and a rice pudding. Would go again!
Mumbai Square is quite a large restaurant somewhat hidden away, but its very good Indian food, perfect for lunch if you're working in the area or large parties. Recommended!
Hosted my mother-in-law's 50th birthday dinner here. The service was fantastic, the food was great (including veggie options) and they allowed us to bring our own DJ so we could dance after dinner. It's the 2nd time I've hosted an event here and I would do it here a third time. Brilliant service-everyone loved it!
This was a lovely restaurant. Very clean and well decorated. The service was good and the staff made us feel very welcome. There was a huge choice on the menu and the food was delicious. Also a bonus that we could park right outside. Looking forward to going again.
We enjoyed a great experience at Mumbai Square. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious and the prices were good. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Used a groupon voucher so the meal was good value in a nicely decorated restaurant. Poppadums were very crispy and the the starters everyone were pleased with. My friends really enjoyed the experience and one of them had a doggy bag which were provided very easily. Will visit again next month
Mumbai Square prepares slightly sweeter curries than we are used to but surprisingly delicious! Good food, very generous large portions and good service. We will be back.
Return visit with friends from our previous evening meal only last month, food was again suprime and service top notch. Thoroughly recommend to romantic couples and large groups alike. Already looking forward to my next visit.
The staff here gave a very good service and the atmosphere was really good. The food was really good and of high quality. I would recommend to anyone for a meal here. We will be returning.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. We opted for the buffet. There was an excellent choice of dishes and the food was of very good quality. Having poppadums and a hot mixed starter included in the price of £9.99 was an added bonus.
Went for lunch at Mumbai Square last week and chose the lunchtime buffet. Good, prompt service but some of the "hot" buffet items were cold.
The food was excellent as usual. and we will be booking a table for 6 again in March next year. We use this restaurant for all of our meetings held in London Thankyou
Good food, but starters quantity too less, however mains quantity is descent. The only thing which I felt a bit let down is the mixup on the bar bill, where in we are charged 2 beers extra. May be an error, but that doesnt stop me from going again.
Great choice of dishes on the lunchtime buffet and overall provides great value for money in comparison to other similar venues. Service is good which helps if you are tight for time.
Very Friendly service! lovely people. Great space. Terrific food. background Music left a lot to be desired, but to be fair, it's near christmas, and i am not fond of the awful monotomy of cyclic drivelling christmas songs!
Lovely restaurant, very smart with nicely dressed tables. The food is lovely, an interesting menu with traditional dishes and dishes with a modern twist. I recommend trying the later. Lots of choice for every pallet. Worth the visit.
The curry in the lunch buffet was really nice. However, the service was really disorganised, unclear and slow, even though it wasn't busy (we went for a business lunch in the weekday, and as well as us there was only one other table). We weren't given much instruction on how the buffet worked. The main meal in the buffet was worthwhile though. :-)
Good food, customer service and ambience. Was a bit tricky go find at first but that's because Google want quite accurate in their location. Not a fault of their own.
Waitor and waitress are well-trained. Services are excellent. We had the lunch buffet and all of us agreed would recommend it to our friends. I definitely will go again and try other dishes next time.
Great place for lunch! We always have the buffet which is delicious and very good value for mpney. Staff are very attentive, there was no waiting around for anything.
A mixed menu group , pre-booked, but everything in place and prompt service, food was to everyone's satisfaction. No hesitation in endorsing the restaurant for such functions, though I do recommend advance booking.
Very attentive staff from start to finish. Great express lunch menu with plenty of choices, all for £9.99 made it also very good value for money. Food was typical Indian and very good.
We have chosen a starter plus 2 lamb dishes. The dishes were good and well prepared. The service also vey attentive. Great indian resturant, we liked it.
Staff very friendly and helpful , service was excellent , would return there again , food was delicoius . Would recomened this restuarant to friends and family
Fantastic food with a wide selection of starter and main courses, brilliant service from the waiters and not too expensive. Clean, well presented space, well stocked bar.
Amazing restuarant nice food, great ambiance, good for business meetings or for a lunch date. amazing deal on groupon! was really impressed and lovely staff - a bit slow - but sweet.
Food was amazing. Great value and drinks were a reasonable price. Good service and I would recommend. Cooked to perfection and the whole family enjoyed it.
Great service and food was excellent. Would visit again and recommend it to anyone who's not been. Easy to get to from Liverpool Street station.
Food was excellent as usual. They were busy with a Christmas party but service a little slower than usual. The lunch buffet still represents the best value in the city
Nice food, good decor only minor issues was no background music not all tables had flowers in the pots (some were quite wilted as well) and limited wine choice
The food was very good. The ambiance could be improved a bit. All our colleagues enjoyed the dinner.... The service was slow initially, but later on it was fast.
The starters especially the Onion Bhaji was very oily In the Main Course (Buffet) - the Paneer wasnt fully cooked But chicken tikka masala and lamb curry was very good Would definitely go there again as the price realistic and good choice for the buffet menu
Very good dinign experience staff very attentive. Only issue was it seems you can only pay by cash. Good job I had enough for the meal !
Lovely food, great prices, good selection for a buffet, great ambience and good value for money. The buffet had a good selection of veg and non -veg.
Be sure to follow up booking with an e-mail giving your requirements, particularly dietary needs, as its not always certain all details passed through in original booking
nice food,if you print coupon make sure you get all your food,as we were told that you dont get nam bread which it states that you do,thats why i give it four stars.
Good place. Friendly staff. Quiet and gives a good dining experience. There is soft music playing in the background. Authentic Food. I'd give it a go!
Food very nice very enjoyable and nice and hot and the waiter showed us old pictures of the area on his ipad service was very good
Really lovely staff, amazing food, huge portions!! It is a shame about the location of the restaurant, however I would definitely go again. Good deal
No rush to get us fed and out so very relaxing and excellent food with good portions. We will definately be going back next year.
The food was good in the buffet. Ambience was ok considering I went for a business lunch. Even though it was a very good spread overall, vegetarian options were limited.
Food is good - but not exceptional. Beer felt watered-down. The decor and ambiance leave MUCH to be desired. The strange blue light reminded me of public toilets.....
The starter limited and uneven. Also there were delays in getting the naans . Foods OK . May be the dessert is better as it was all over when we went to get it at the buffet.
Food was really good, they let us down a bit due to their shortage on almost every wine on the menu
