Overall disappointing, staff were friendly but the food was not like it used to be.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived, but service was very very slow. Took almost 10 minutes after we sat to get drink orders taken. We were then forced to order from the set menu at the time when the restaurant was not busy, but the set menu was not nice..and very limited, we were not allowed to choose alternative dishes.. because the food was not good it put a damper on the experience. The manager allowed only a few of us to order alternative dishes which was not fair. It was overall a horrible experience, and my guests were very disappointed. I recommend you don’t visit this restaurant, and especially if you have more than 5. Food was poor, service poor, experience poor.

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I've eaten there a few times before and it's always been great.

Great food and great staff. Atmosphere was very cosy with a nice location by the river.

The dishes are not as tasty as last time, guess it was a different chief. Last time it was too salty and this time it was lack of flavour, but the overall experience is positive but might not be going there again.

Lovely food but when we had finished eating and said we didn’t want the desert menu right away we were promptly presented with our bill. We hadn’t asked for it and still had half full drinks to finish. We were then asked 4 times within 10 minutes if we wanted to pay. I found this very rude. We would have had coffee and desert or more drinks but got annoyed so left. We won’t be back.

I live this restaurant. It's look, the food and the choice cocktails. The staff are friendly they're always smiling. It's also very easy to get to by train and in a nice location. Live the chilli shots.

Starter order was forgotten and we were left unattended for a long time after main meal. Staff was nice the food good and the place had ambiance.

We went to Nakhon Thai for Valentine's Day dinner. The restaurant was nicely decorated with balloons and there was confetti on the tables. Bit cheesy, but just right for that night. The food was yummy, especially the pineapple rice, and the team very attentive, although they were extremely busy!

The food was lovely and the location of the restaurant superb. but service was not the best. The staff was abrupt and often appeared gloomy. We were also forced to reach a minimum spend that we were not aware of.

The food was quite good, The ambiance of the place is amazing overlooking Excel and nearby place. We had ordered the set menu and me and my wife both enjoyed the meal.

Another delicious dinner and attentive service. We tried the duck curry with coconut rice and it became one of the favorites, the Thai pancake is also a must on every visit . All family enjoyed, and we shall be back soon !

Overall pleasant evening food was satisfactory taste varied. Live entertainment was not complimentary for the setting as the quality of singing was off key and annoying.
