It is one of my favourite restaurants in London. I get food from Ngon Ngon whenever I have the chance.

I ordered duck with some vegetables and it was delicious. It was a big portion, came with rice and only £9. Good value for money. Staff is always nice and efficient. Will visit again for sure.

There was a group who were very loud. It was hard for me to hear my partner whos sat opposite me. Did not provide enough napkins, on table or could've noticed that we needed more. Just general hygiene, I'd expect our cutlery to be placed on tissue the very least other than straight on the table. Even if it's been wiped or thoroughly cleaned. Despite having reservations prebooked aswell as my own. After paying the bill for our meal, I decided I wanted to order 1 more starter (soft shell crab). Then being told that they have customers waiting for my table. And apologising that we have to get up and wait for my take away. To top it off. The soft shell crab was around £8.50-£9.50 making it below £10 of their 'minimum card payments' shown no gesture of inconvenience which could be the reason why I would not visit again but willing to give another chance..

Wow! The food at Ngon Ngon was utterly fantastic. Fresh and beautifully cooked, we were blown away by it. The restaurant is small and has a nice feel to it. The staff were great, helping us with our choices .... and it was very reasonably priced. We will be back!

I was surprised that the portion was very big for my main dish. I ordered noodle with duck and there was a lot of duck in the dish and it was tasty. The waitress was nice and smiley which is not always the case in this kind of restaurant. Very reasonable too!

Really lovely place with a family-run atmosphere and wonderful and warm staff. Great value for money and big portion sizes! the tofu itself could have had a tad more flavour but thats just tofu in general. Will be back!!!
