Good food, didn’t realise restaurant was at the back of the take-away

It was an Arsenal match day so it was busy, but service was very quick. Portion sizes were disappointing given the prices though.

The restaurant provided good food in large sized portions at a great value price. service from friendly staff. A very pleasant atmosphere with the food served by friendly and efficient staff.

Love the food and the service and the warmth I felt when I walked in. Definitely recommend it. A nice place to enjoy a blend of heavy and light meals

The food here was delicious. They really know how to cook lamb. We were a party of six and ordered many different items; all were well prepared and tasty. My only complaint is the service. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant and he was worked off his feet. It took forever to receive food and was impossible to get the waiter's attention. We had to go to the counter for the bill.

Very nice meal as at nice restaurant- it’s set behind a take away fast food kebab shop - you wouldn’t know its there and could be put off. But....go in, it’s cjearly very popular with those who know it’s there hidden behind the front counter. The food is impeccable, (kebabs cooked and plated by the front counter) and so was the service. We had a got mixed starter and chicken shish and mixed meat shish, these come served with rice and a salad of grated carrot, pickled red cabbage and lettuce. Portions are ample. We ate here before a concert at union chapel but I’d go back.

Came here with 3 friends and we all had something different and all enjoyed it. Mixed hot mezzo very good value. Lovely food and service very good.

Best kebab in London, friendly staff and great match day service

Great location just round the corner from Highbury and Islington tube station. Quick service. We had veggie food which was good and wholesome although the falafel was a bit too dry. The houlomi was fabulous and the cod roe starter delicious.

Pleasant service, the food came in a reasonable time and was delicious when it arrived. There was a wide choice, even for vegetarians. Very good value.

Don't go match days when Arsenal are playing at home. Great good lousy,argumentative, stroppy service. If only they had apologised for the drlay in bringing out food rather than getting stroppy

I love Noa. Hidden gem behind kebab shop frontage. Food very good and very reasonable. Staff friendly and the eat in experience is very pleasant.

The Food and the service were both excellent. There was a very good selection to choose from on the menu and we were given a complimentary dessert which was delicious. Thoroughly recommend going there.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Don't be put off by the fact that the restaurant is behind the kebab shop. Food is freshly cooked to order.

Food was freshly cooked and was beautiful. Tried the Turkish wine which was lovely and cold. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommended, we will be back.

An original Turkish doner kebab shop/restaurant with a difference! The restaurant area feels modern and luxurious, featuring black matte walls, a central roof window and wooden tables. I've ordered the lentil soup, which came with plenty of warm pitta bread and proved delicious - at only £4 a serving, you can't go wrong for a filling lunch meal!

Nice food and perfect convenience for Union Chapel and tube station ! Service was good - and meal came quickly; could have easily stayed longer on another occasion !

Fantastic food and friendly service in lovely atmosphere with modern decor with Turkish touches. Shish kebab and lamb doner kebab were the best kebabs I've had.

Great staff and very good food, we tried a turkish wine and the waiter helped us choose it was really lovely. Dont be put of by the kebab style entrance to the restaurant inside its lovely .

Good food but not that much of it. There wasn't a great deal of choice either but the service was efficient and it was reasonable value for money.

Always great food and good service. Noa offers a varied menu at a very reasonable price. it is a great place to go with a bunch of mates for the evening and an excellent pre match venue for Arsenal home games.

Basic and cheap. Good lamb but restaurant has no atmosphere. Lovely staff and good service. I was expecting a little more atmosphere from previous reviews but the pric made up for it. I'd said it was my son's 25th birthday in the booking but no acknowledgement of that

Food good, exterior not great. Cash only payment on the day a bit of a nuisance, service took quite a while and it wasn't particularly busy, toilets not great and needed a clean.

Food and service are always excellent, even at busy times. Plenty of competition on the area but this wins almost every time. Lamb is superb

The takeaway shopfront should not detract you from going inside. We had a quick dinner there before heading off the the cinema. Service was quick and very polite. The interior is cosy and they do their best to make sure you are not detracted by the take away business out front. Good for large groups as it does get quite noisy. Perfect for a casual dinner amongst friends. Lots of lamb and chicken dishes and a fairly good choice for vegetarians as well. My falafels were crisp and fresh and extremely well complemented with big serving of hummus, hot flat bread and tangy salad on the side.

Great place for a quick bite to eat before a concert at Union Chapel. Polite & prompt service, a wide variety of vegetarian options alongside plenty for meat eaters. Very tasty & fresh food. Thank you - we'll be back.

Polite and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Basic kebab style food, though we did have the good value set lunch menu and the a la carte dishes may be more adventurous.
