More about the restaurant: Noks Kitchen
Thai food is all about flavoursome and fragrant dishes made with skill, passion and produce that’s super fresh. Here in Edinburgh you’ll do extremely well to find a finer example of fine Thai cuisine than that which is on offer at Noks Kitchen. This restaurant – well-located on Gloucester Street in the Stockbridge district – not only gets the flavour of its food absolutely bang on, but the presentation on the plate rivals any that you’ll find in a restaurant much higher up the price ladder. Noks Kitchen is, therefore, an absolute gem and one that wows revisiting diners on a regular basis. It’s definitely best to reserve a table way in advance.
