Lentil 'Keftedes’ with Tzatziki Avocado (Vg) (V)
Cumin flavoured lentil balls served with a vegan version of the traditional tzatziki

Traditional Cretan salad with hearty barley rusks soaked in olive oil, topped with fresh tomato and feta cheese. This is the classic Greek salad with a twist and is served with capers, olives and pickled purslane.

Trahanoto (V)
Trahanoto with wild mushrooms and fennel topped with a crispy oyster mushroom. Trahanas is a pebble shaped grain product mixed with fragmented milk and is considered to be one of the oldest dishes in the Mediterranean.
Kleftiko
Slow cooked lamb shank braised with herbs and red wine, served with velvety sweet potato pure and doughy sourdough bread. Its name comes from the time of the Greek revolution when Greek guerrillas used to steal lambs and cook them.
Chicken Souvlaki
