Great tasting veggie and vegan pizza with friendly efficient staff. Very busy wee place on a Saturday night so I'd think you definitely need to book. .

Absolutely love Nova Pizza. It's cozy and sweet, and the staff are all excellent. Because it's a bit small it's safe to have a reservation in place, which makes me all the more excited and looking forward to going there. Everything I've tried so far off the menu has been amazing, and the option to make an order vegan is great!

Amazing pizza, and I’d go as far as saying the best. My friend who is a meat eater even tried a vegan pizza and loved it. The atmosphere is quiet and enhances the experience. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. I’m a regular here and will keep coming back :)

Nova Pizza is my favourite restaurant. I'm a carnivore but the food is so excellent it is my first choice if I want Italian. Totally recommend.

nice food although the constant in and out of delivery drivers and people seeing if there were any seats was quite annoying especially as we were sat next to the door. was strange to have a bread basket with toasted bread. nice fresh bread not just white would be preferable to dip in oil and vinegar. the bread served with the aubergine dish was again same as bread basket and white and way too heavy. would prefer desserts which aren't all predominantly vegan as this restaurant is a vegetarian catering for vegans I believed but chocolate cake was vegan as were other desserts with only ice cream for non vegans.

The food is amazing and our waitress was so friendly and attentive. The pizzas are a great size and the espresso martini was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food, lovely relaxed atmosphere and best of all fantastic service. Excellent experience overall and I will definitely be going back in the near future.

The food here is delicious! Great service and a lovely friendly place. Can make any meal vegan or vegetarian and they have a large menu selection.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Edinburgh. The food is excellent, and their range of vegan options is great. The Deliveroo folks going in and out frequently through the restaurant’s thoroughfare can be detrimental to the otherwise cosy atmosphere, but other than that, it’s a wonderful place.

Great choice of vegan and veggie options and the food is delicious! Very happy with what we had (veggie spinach and ricotta ravioli and a vegan olive/artichoke pizza) plus vegan ice cream for pudding. The restaurant is small and sweet, with very nice service.

It is still a really nice place but the food was not quite as good as in the past, They said they were very busy

Lots of great vegan choices and excellent food at a reasonable price. The service is friendly and efficient. We are planning to go back there soon.

Beautiful cosy dining area, delicious food, staff were super attentive and friendly. Will definitely be going again! The parmigiana pizza was absolutely incredible. 100% recommended!

Nova Pizza offers great food and wonderful service, with a great range of vegan and vegetarian options. It would be even better if the pizzas were a little bit more unique instead of featuring vegan/veggie versions of some ingredients (i.e veggie ham...)

One of my favourite restaurants in Edinburgh! Literally everything on the menu is delicious, but my top picks would be a white pizza, the Zucchina, and any of the cheesecakes

Amazing food and the staff was really friendly. Accomodated well for gluten free options and a change in pizza toppings. Restaurant is very intimate and nicely decorated. Had a lovely time.

I love the place and only eat out at Pizza Nova when visiting Edinburgh. I'm vegetarian and I'm not that easily pleased with vegetarian fare on offer. I had the Pizza Amatriciana one evening and Pizza Cacciatora the next. Both were a complete meal, deliciously prepared. Next visit I'll take more time, let the food sink a bit to leave room for some dessert.

This is a great restaurant, there is an extensive choice of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have visited on several occasions and have never been disappointed.

A lovely, tiny restaurant with very helpful staff, very yummy food and generous portions provided. Will be back again. Tip - try to sit away from the door if you can, cause people always coming in for takeaway etc; it’s pretty cold if the wind blasts in.

Great restaurant even though the door needs adjusting so it doesn’t keep banging every time someone uses it. Nice food, could do with some light music for the background

Terrible restaurant with poor food and awful staff. People standing around your table waiting for takeaway while you're eating! Asked to vacate table during dessert as the table was booked for waiting patrons. Nowhere to wait for your table so stand outside next to bins.

Lovely little restaurant with excellent service & delicious food. We had the cheapest red wine on the menu & it was very good. The only disappointment was finding that the dish I had last time was no longer on the menu.

Amazing pizza (and other dishes) place. Lot's of vegan options :) The service was great but you should book in advance as the place is small and tends to be full in the evenings. Don't miss the lasagna.

Pizzas & pasta very nice, but definitely on the expensive side. You can probably get better for cheaper, but it’s lovely to have a lot of options as vegetarians

I always enjoy going to Nova Pizza. The food is delicious, and there are lots of great vegetarian and vegan options that you wouldn't find in other places. The staff members will make you feel right at home too, being so warm and welcoming.

I am a regular at Nova pizza. This time I tried one of their day specials, this amazing vegan pizza called Pizza Mediterranea. They should bring this pizza on the main menu. It was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.

As always food was excellent and service very good. I'm vegan and the choice is large, although I always take my favourite pizza (white base, four cheese and mushroom)... The only bad thing is that the restaurant is too far away from my flat!
