Nova Pizza Vegetarian Kitchen

Fantastic vegan calzones and pizzas. The menu offers amazing, innovative choice and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have told all of my vegan friends about Nova Pizza and hope to return soon.

As someone who is a gluten free vegan I don't think I have ever been anywhere where there is this much choice! I had the gluten free vegan vegan pizza which was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be back! I'm also so glad we booked!

Excellent - the menu is split between what's veggie and what's vegan. Nice & easy. Our food was great. So was service. Good VFM too.

Food was great, really enjoyed the visit. So many choices it was hard to pick what to have! Very small so needs booked. Will be back.

Amazing vegan pasta and pizza 🍕 service is great, £45 for a pizza, pasta, drinks, 2 desserts and a cappuccino and a hot chocolate to finish, loved it, will return soon.

The best pizza I've ever had. Vegan salmon was really rich and flavourful and the base was perfect. My partner had vegan salmon pasta which was also sublime. Also was excellent value, coming in at under £50 for a table of 4. Strongly recommend if you're in Edinburgh and fancy a pizza, vegan or not!

Small and cozy place. Good service, plenty of options and great pizza. We didn't tried the vegan cheese though. Would definertly recommend. Best to reserve in advance.

It was OK. Pizza nice enough (one ingredient missing but no biggie) but sole member of staff inattentive. Minimum of 25 words mean I have to add this unnecessary blah.

Food was really good and we have been served fast. Service was good but not excellent. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different.

Food quality and service was perfect as usual. Only thing the place was too hot, because it was not possible to open the door and get some fresh air (it would have frozen the table close to the door). Would be great to have some window or air conditioning to refresh the place!

We had a lovely casual lunch at this little pizza and pasta restaurant. The menu is extensive and we went there for their huge list of vegan options. The pizza base was really tasty and if you choose the right toppings, you'll have a delicious meal. The vegan cheesecake was out of this world and the service was fast and efficient. It appears that 99% of their vegan meals have soy in them [all the cheeses and meat replacements were soya based] and of course the cheese cake was also made using soy. So if that is a problem for you [as it was for me] then many of their meals will not be suitable without some adjustments. All in all: it was a nice lunch and we will return.

Nova Pizza is my favourite pizzeria, and the sheer number of vegan options is amazing. My wife and I always order very different pizzas, but they are always exceptional. This time I had a white pizza with carbonara, which was fantastic, perfect base texture and toppings cooked really well. The vegan cheesecake is also sublime, and worth going for that alone!

The food is always great + it's the only place in Edinburgh to eat pure vegan pizzas with so many kinds to choice. The waiting staff are very friendly and helpdul in recomending some delicious treats.

Good food and the pizzas are delicious but we had rather a long wait for our starter. I get the feeling take away orders get priority over diners.

An amazing vegan dinner! Novapizza's staff were lovely and my friend and I were served quickly. I ordered a calzone which was delicious, and my non-vegan friend was very impressed with her gnocchi. A great place for dinner in Edinburgh - just make sure to book as it (unsurprisingly) gets full quickly.

Good vegan pizza but not exceptional. The coke was not cold. Kind waitress though. I am a bit disappointed, I thought I would eat a better pizza regarding to all the positive reviews that I read online. But the vegan cake was really good.

Wonderful! Delicious vegan food. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. What more do you need? Definitely will be going back. This restaurant is a nice cosy place where you can have a great time and have great food at a great price!

Gem of a place the food was absolutely amazing! I had lasagna and it was outstanding I'll be visiting Edinburgh again just for another slice.

We had some delicious pizza and calzone. There was a great variety of vegetarian and vegan food available, in a lovely setting with friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable too.

Fantastic food and friendly service. So many people ringing and being told full for tonight so definitely book ahead as it only seats 20 people.

Lovely cosy restaurant with delicious vegan pizza, creamy vegan mushroom bruschetta was so good! Service was great. Would definitely recommend. They also have a good selection of tasty vegan cheesecakes.

Good attentive service, excellent selection of pizza and more than enough choice for a non-vegetarian such as myself. My wife (who is vegetarian) really enjoyed being able to choose from the whole menu - especially a calzone which rarely if ever appears as a vegetarian option ay mainstream restaurants. Both our calzone were excellent. Good base, good sauce and brimful of filling.

There's a really good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes, much broader then most places we have been to. We had the garlic bread to start which was delicious followed by a vegetable pizza and pepperoni calzone both of which were really good. The service and the atmosphere were both great, we would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Edinburgh.

It was lovely, I had passed it many times when up visiting my daughter but booked it so myself and my best friend could have a meal and a catch-up and not be rushed out. The meal was gorgeous and the service was lovely and I will definitely be going back.

Great Veggie/Vegan Pizza, lovely staff and central location. This is my third visit to Nova Pizza and I wasn't disappointed, can't wait to visit again.

I absolutely couldn't fault out trip to Novapizza! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic -particularly the Oreo later cake!

Absolutely yummy pizza could choose your own toppings and vegan cheese was light and crust was crispy! Not overly expensive for a fabulous meal and beautiful decor

This is a lovely charming pizza place. Extensive menu and the food was tasty. Definitely would go again. Perfect for dining alone or with friends.

The food and service were amazing and the prices are perfect for the food that you receive. Only problem would be that the restaurant was quite small and we seemed to be squashed near the enterance so that the door kept bumping into us and the table was very wobbly. Would highly recommend though especially if you love vegetarian/vegan food.
