The food was nice and the service was efficient but overall the restaurant is looking tired. The toilets have cracked tiles and the lock on the cubicle was broken. To top the evening off the staff were mopping the floors around us with strong bleachy water. Great that they keep the place clean but the greatest of smells to see out our night.

Waiter came over about 1.5 hours into the meal and asked for the table back. On the booking email there is no note of this. We will got be rushing back

Good timeous delivery service to our table and as always the quality of our meal was first class, staff provided usual high level of customer service, price for good and drink is very good value for money, we will be back in the near future.

This’s is a great restraint for lunch or dinner. It’s very central for transport links so convenient if you’re coming or leaving the city.. the lunch menu is great value and has lots of dishes to choose from.

We came in Christmas Eve ahead of a service at the nearby cathedral and had a great meal. The portions are generous and the food well cooked. The portion of rice was perhaps a little on the small side, but the naan bread was very generous by contrast. Due to the unusual time of day, the restaurant was very quiet when we arrived, but the atmosphere had picked up by the time we left.

Pleasant,although dinner plates arrived and starter tray and plate had to be taken away when main meal arrived,coffee arrived without milk or sugar,although asked for it was brought later

Booked via Quandoo not the restaurant website so didn't see that BYOB was not allowed in December, otherwise wouldn't have gone. The restaurant was very quiet - possibly due to no BYOB on. Would rethink that policy.

Nice ambience, good food and lots of choice, quick and efficient service, affordable prices, easy booking option and system. Shame we were sat so close to the entrance , but overall a real nice experience .

We all felt the staff where not very friendly and rushed us to finish our food, also cleaning the floor when we where still sitting, and my friend just about fell on the wet floor on the way out.

This is my all time favourite Indian restaurant. I have been eating in this wonderful place for 41 years. Sadly I don't get here very often now as I live on the other side of Scotland so this was an absolute treat
