Always great to eat here, Staff are always a pleasure food is fantastic, always recommend here to a friend. Definitely 5 out of 5 from me

This is the second time I have eaten here and as usual the food was delicious. I took my dad for the first time and he enjoyed every course. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I look forward to planning my next visit here as soon as I can.

We decided to Spend the early evening here and we both thought it was Lovely, high quality fresh food. Will definitely be returning. Would recommend.

The staff are all fantastic, waiting staff courteous and really sweet to my child and chef was bubbly. Food was beautiful, had the carvery. Desserts to die for. Highly recommend, great all round service and food.

Beautiful food as usual, spaghetti carbonara is the nicest i have ever had. My partner got the soup to start and raved about it. excellent

Once again one melling road did not disappoint I see the word is spreading as its getting busier mid week . Really nice atmosphere. Always start with an aperitif in the bubble before we sit at our table .I have been in the catering industry for many years and you can see the enthusiasm and pride from the front of house staff and the back of house as the food is always well presented and tastes deliciouse. I Highly recommend this little gem .

Another brilliant evening. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and the atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Highly recommended and glad we came back again, it was as lovely as I remembered it.

The melling one was really quick service and had reasonable priced food and drink. Highly recommended for all. Deals on in the week which are even more reasonable.

Had been passed but never quite made it in, booked late but they accommodated us. Lovely atmosphere beautiful food and very reasonably priced too. The services was efficient and discreet so very pleased we tried it.

Fabulous meal! The menu had changed since we last visited so wasn't expecting the same level of standard if anything it had improved could not have faulted it at all!

We arrived last night to discover a new menu and a newly appointed chef. but the meal I had last night was exceptional. I didn't think the food here could be improved as it's always good. The setting is intimate with a relaxed atmosphere. You get a little roll of love hearts at the end of your meal with a hand written thank you on the receipt . Little details but make a difference. Thank you one melling road for a lovely evening.

Friendly homely feel, I felt like I was at my friends for dinner. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and the food was amazing!!! This was my first visit but will definitely be returning and recommending this little gem to friends and family 👌🏻

Amazing restaurant, gorgeous food and the best staff! Would definitely go again. It was my daughters 19th birthday and they brought out a sparkler in the cake and played Happy Birthday without being asked, made the meal extra special.

Good food, value for money friendly service. We've been here quite a few times now for tea & Sunday carvery with the girls as it's handy for everyone and always enjoyed it.

Ultra helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food, we had the the carvery. You may think it costs a bit more than a carvery at some well known chains but it's worth it! Atmosphere very pleasant and tasteful decor. They ask for feedback and suggestions too. Only problem, they're not open every night!

Lovely Sunday roast with all the trimmings and nice friendly staff. Good value for money and also has a two course option. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

we only live on rice lane we normally go to waterloo but we tried one melling road for the first time it was much better than we expected the food was great and the staff very friendly we go out once a fortnight we will be going again to this restaurant

I would highly recommend One Melling Road restaurant. We have been before and love the food, on this occasion we were celebrating a birthday, we had starters, a main course and row of us had a dessert. The food was delicious, and the staff are very friendly. It's a small family run business who know how to look after there customers. Well worth a visit, but book a table as it does get busy.

The food both starter and main course was excellent,I had the Prawn starter and the salmon pasta bake and my girlfriend had the garlic mushrooms and chicken ariabiata. The service was good as well. This restaurant has a nice and friendly atmosphere and nice friendly staff.

I love the food in One Melling Road,the Sunday carvery is delicious every time we go ,the al a carte is great but needs a bit more choice on the mains.

Excellent service great food and good value I would recommend this restaurant to friends or family for any future occasions or get togethers such as birthdays

The building was lovely. Cutlery was dirty. When asked to be replaced it was still dirty. Not enough variations on the set menu. Pizza was covered in mixed herbs which was all I could taste and I paid 11 pound and left half of it. The risotto was bland. Needed seasoning. I won't be returning.

Brilliant food and service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Portions great and really well priced. Always look after my wife as she struggles to get around on her walking sticks

amazing Sunday carvery , will definitely going back, even my 10 year old loved it and he doesn't like Sunday roasts, service was fab, have already recommended it to all my family

Friendly, nice food, good value and just down the road. A tree adorns the centre of the dining room for a calming atmosphere. The lack of parking may be a problem for some but hey, use public transport or a cab and then no one gets to be the designated driver!

Lovely food, lovely place, lovely staff with quick service would recommend and would definitley go again! There was no long waits in between courses brilliant service aswell

Excellent ambiance, delicious food, very courteous and helpful staff. Only issue is parking due to it's position,may need to make a short walk. Don't let this detract you from a great restaurant.

Very nice route veg soup to start, carvery excellent as usual. Nice surroundings and friendly efficient service. 6 of us, all enjoyed it very much. Better than your run of the mill carvery!
