Although it was £1 an ounce, I opted for a fillet steak and was not disappointed. It was cooked to perfection. Throughly enjoyed our first visit …… it won,t be our last.

Enjoyed the food, but I think you could improve the dining experience by providing a bigger table. There were bigger tables nearby, plenty of space but we struggled to find space to put our drinks and the food in the table. Just takes the edge off the sense of relaxation. Thanks for listening

Amazing night at ounce at bishampton, first time here for me and my partner and first time at ounce bar for my son and daughter, well they were blown away, the food was amazing. Best steak and Jus we have ever had. Service was friendly, welcoming and attentive. The place itself was lovely. Will definitely recommend you

The steak was great as always! The price is fantastic especially on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

First visit, with my husband for his birthday. The best steak we both have ever had. First class for everything. Amazing.

This was our first date night since having a baby, and it was just perfect, everything we hoped! We had mains and puddings, and both were was amazing as always, could not fault! and service was also amazing too! Can’t wait to come back!

What I have come to learn is it’s best to visit on a busy night, Thursday chateau steaks always busy. Our service spot on, food did not take ages and all presented and Cooked how we requested. Could not fault anything so will definitely be returning.

Wow what amazing food! We had chateaubriand which was so tender and perfectly cooked. But even better than that were the sauces, absolutely amazing taste! Only downside was the chairs weren’t that comfortable. We will definitely be returning - a lot! 😊

Was sat within 10ft of gents in a corner. Would not or were unable to give us a decent table. Then waited 1 hr 20 mins for our meal. Been many times as local to us, but never £1 oz day. Steak was chewy but has never been before. Was not offered any compensation and as I’d already complained about the table and time waiting just felt ignored and pointless complaining again about what they expected us to pay. Sad

Chicken over salted, Steak wasn’t cooked had to send back and still wasn’t cooked to my taste when come back, No side plates for the Camembert even though it was for two, people chilli and lime starter was beautiful,

Excellent service, food was very tasty and hot. However, the noise level was high. Difficult for those with hearing impairments. Drinks good selection and good hearty local to drink in.
