Lovely food, the best steak our friends had ever eaten. The sides are beautifully cooked and complement the meal so well. Delicious homemade puds too. We will return!

I cannot fault this venue. The food is superb, service is fantastic & value for money it can’t be faulted.

Had Sunday lunch and the beef was melt in the mouth. Will be back even though its an hours drive away.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Exceptional Sunday Roast. Really tasty,I eat a lot and enough for me. Great staff and lovely atmosphere. Worth every penny.

We went there for lunch on Saturday. The lovely atmosphere and good service in a beautiful village. Great portions, supurb quality at almost too good prices. Well worth a visit! 5 stars!

arrived a little early but got seated straight away. waiter explained the menus and left us to decide. food turned up hot and well set out. great quality we shall return

Lunchtime, not busy or noisy. Music playing when we entered but immediately switched off when asked. Our 3rd visit I think, really, really excellent

Food was lovely, service was slow but very friendly (there were two large tables in), would have loved deserts but allergies meant nothing was available for dairy free. Shame as really easy to cater for this and GF so others can enjoy too.

Hubby and I visited on a Tuesday so the steak was great value for money. Excellent service with a smile. This is a great place to visit.

We had a beautiful meal , 8 of us all having the Thursday special. The staff were lovely however the drinks and follow up service was slow and inaccurate unfortunately. (Celebration for my 60th). The waiting staff went on a break leaving the follow up to one staff member, which were liquor coffees, wines , tea etc. With other customer's to be served this was bad timing / managemet decision . Shame but will give it another try as most of out group had been before with less issues, albeit smaller groups.

Another lovely meal at Ounce Bishampton! It was a a nice quiet Saturday evening…. I was tired and hungry… couldn’t be bothered to cook…. Came out for a cheeky Fillet steak, delicious!!

A little warm and noisy in the restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient. The steak was amazing. The whole meal was excellent which is what we went for, so look forward to going again, asking for a table in a quiet spot.

A very warm welcome, our table was ready within a few minutes of the booking time and the service though out was excellent. As for the food itself, my steak was just perfectly cooked for me. I shall be back.
