Wow what amazing food! We had chateaubriand which was so tender and perfectly cooked. But even better than that were the sauces, absolutely amazing taste! Only downside was the chairs weren’t that comfortable. We will definitely be returning - a lot! 😊

Was sat within 10ft of gents in a corner. Would not or were unable to give us a decent table. Then waited 1 hr 20 mins for our meal. Been many times as local to us, but never £1 oz day. Steak was chewy but has never been before. Was not offered any compensation and as I’d already complained about the table and time waiting just felt ignored and pointless complaining again about what they expected us to pay. Sad

Have been multiple times, food is amazing value for money at £1 an ounce Tuesday/Wednesday. great selection of sides and sauces as well. Can't fault service, restaurant is noisy but that only adds to the atmosphere so all in all, great choice for food!

Great friendly service and the butcher's cut steak was amazing. Missing the tiramisu as a light option desert though. It was simply the best, most authentic I'd ever tasted - please put it back in the menu.
