Great Steaks of course , like many others have said would it really hurt them to provide a small salad with the meal, its a small touch but nonetheless would make it more value, but to be fair the food was very good.

As usual, Ounce was amazing! I’m always in awe of the amount of flavour in the food, particularly the sauces. The Stilton crumb sauce is just WOW!!

Visited on a £1 per ounce steak night. Our table was available when we arrived. The restaurant was busy and that created a good atmosphere. We were attended to promptly and served with our drinks shortly after. Beer and wine were excellent. The food arrived and the steaks were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. Additional sides to compliment the main course were excellent. Cheesecake to finish was to die for. Best meal out in ages and overall cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Hadn’t been for a while and noticed that cutbacks have been made. No small salad on plate and steak hadn’t been cooked in usual seasoning. Some steaks were a bit chewy with sinew running through them. Hopefully just a blip as have always enjoyed ounce.

All good enjoyed the experience, staff did well being solo

Only 10 diners on a Thursday lunch late May 2025, which meant we were never overlooked, but the background music needed to be turned up, a little more atmosphere to be created, we don't want to listen to other guests conversations, but apart from that the food was excellent, the service was very good and we will be back!

Although the food was good. It was let down somewhat be the service. Should have more staff on.
