First time going to ounce and heard so many good reviews, I had the 10oz fillet steak it was cooked beautifully the only thing that I could knock was the blue cheese crumble just didn't taste like blue cheese at all for me but apart from that would definitely return again.

Great food as usual - we all had the sirloin steak. Well cooked and great sides. Staff brilliant as usual as well

Always friendly welcome into a chilled atmosphere. The staff are upbeat and very efficient. Food as always beautifully presented and of its usual high standard. We love Ounce for its continuing excellence and relevance in a competitive market.

We visited for the £1an ounce special, we were a bit sceptical that the butchers cut (rump) wouldn’t be great as we tend to prefer a better, but it was perfect , cooked to perfect & was so tender that could of been mistaken for a filet

The food was really good and cooked too order. A new waitress got the orders mixed up but this was quickly resolved by another waitress.

There were four of us and we were all very very happy with the whole evening. Staff were great as was the service, food and range of drinks.

Booked a table online at short notice. Welcomed in arrival and shown to our table. Drinks and food orders were taken. There was a little confusion when the steaks came to the table, but after some shuffling around, we arranged them correctly. One of our party had to wait a few minutes for their steak after it appeared that we had a dish missing. This was sorted quite quickly. Quality of food was very good. I will certainly return.

the food was exceptional, I had the butchers platter, my wife had the Dexter steak & my daughter had the 10oz sirloin, all the meals were very tasty and the steaks were tender & cooked to perfection, I dont know why you provided steak knives as they were not needed, the staff were polite & helpful without being intrusive, my only "complaint " is the portion sizes ruined my diet! thank you for a dining experience, yes it is a little on the expensive but when you get a meal as good as we had it is value for money, it was our first visit to Ounce but definitely not our last

Visited for Sunday lunch. We booked as we know it gets busy. Service was excellent and food was great. I had the brisket which was rich in taste, hubby had roast beef. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to steak night.

We had a little bit of a wait to be seated due to short staff, but once settle you were all very accommodating! Amazing food, food came out fast. All round amazing. Might be worth looking at a kids menu.

As ever wonderful steak and on a Thursday an even better deal with the 241 deal. Staff helpful and friendly.
