Service great, food great, decor great, value for money outstanding and I appreciate it is very busy due to these factors . However the restaurant feels a little cramped, tables are so close you hear 3 or 4 other conversations on different tables whilst you are eating. I was with my family and it made me feel uncomfortable so we just ate our main and left, if it was more open, more relaxed we may have had starter, dessert & more drinks. Overall it felt as if we were on a bit of conveyer belt.

brilliant as always. arrived at 5pm (15min earlier then booked). got rable stright away. the girl that served us was very nice and polite. got drinks within few min, starter took about 15 min to arrive and stakes (mains) were served less then half an hour from ordering. food was great as always. total bill was just over £105 for 4 of us for 4 drinks, 4 mains, 1 side and 1 sauce,2 starters and 1 desert.

Tuesday night Butchers Cut booking and the meat was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend at least one visit for a meat lover but it won't end at just the one visit.

Nottingham relations came for the second time they can’t wait to come again. I have too many times to remember. Never had a bad £/ounce steak yet.

Fantastic food as always. We had a large table upstairs, which was so lovely. Our waitress was great and we tipped her generously for going above and beyond - she even considered our toddler and was incredibly helpful regarding him and all diners.

We had a lovely visit to Ounce Worcester for Sunday lunch, we arrived early so settled outside in the sunshine for drinks the staff were very welcoming. We had a lovely table nestled in the front window with the most comfortable cushions, beautiful surroundings! The young lady servicing us was very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble for her, her smile beamed! The food was outstanding, we will definitely be returning soon :) The manager there also checked in with us regular she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Booked Sunday lunch to spend voucher given to us at Xmas by Son. Very nice meal! Haven’t been to Ounce for a very long time but we will be back! Thank you!!

Fabulous food and excellent service thank you we had a lovely time

After we were served our food we didn’t see another server for a long time so by the time we got more drinks we had nearly finished our meal. We then overheard the manager complaining to a colleague about the fact we were still at our table after having paid. We were finishing our drinks that took half an hour to get! Unprofessional to moan about customers within earshot of the toilets.

This was the first time i had been to ounce and i had heard good reviews about it. So we were put on a table near a door which was open and it was rather chilly. We asked to move which the manager said no problem so was good. Waitress was very pleasant and friendly the food was well cooked and i had a nice steak and a little cup of chips but it was so expensive for what it .
