Staff have always been friendly here, never had a problem with food or waiting times! Only downside is the toilet being upstairs. Bit of a pain when you have arthritis. But overall I love it there!

Tuesday night Birthday treat! Packed on arrival at 8:50 for 9:00pm sitting. Didn’t realise it was £1/per ounce for Butcher’s cut. Wasn’t sure but OMG cut of Rump was like fillet. Knife ran straight through it. Accompanied by Savoy cabbage with bacon/onions, fries, salad & garlic butter. Tasty, succulent what a treat. Great buzzing atmosphere, staff super friendly & attentive. Great drinks choice. Can’t wait to try their Sunday Lunch.

Great food & solid service - highly recommended place to eat in Worcester.

Food was nice but waiting time was too long considering it was not busy. Even for drinks we waited 25min.

I’ve visited ounce before and cannot fault the quality of the food, it is by far the best steak and roast going, however on more than one occasion, including last night we waited for up to an hour for our food. It was busy last night but we noticed that at least two tables that came in after us got served first. It’s such a shame as like I said the food is top notch.

We love ounce, it’s a shame that you used to get fries, salad and mushrooms as part of the £30 deal but now it’s all purchased extra.

Fabulous food, exceeded expectations! And fabulous service! Very customer facing and attentive. Great ambiance and atmosphere. We will be back very soon!

Well we been few times no problem but this week new person behind bar slow kepted waiting for drinks had call for second one food 10/10 there was plenty staff but was ages waiting drink 🍺

We were seated on the table for two as you walked through the door on the right... that particular area is very disruptive with it getting busy on a Saturday and groups of people walking through being brushed by coats and bags... so much so we went and had dessert else where. I've been wanting to come back to this restaurant since last year, it had taken a while as we live over an hour away but finally made the visit for my birthday. Service and main meals did not disappoint the Chateaubriand was divine without doubt one of the best steaks I've ever had. Can't wait too come back... but will request not to be seated in last night's spot next time 😆
