Staff were friendly and professional The restaurant was lovely, very cozy and calming We did have to wait to be seated and quite a while for our food but it was so delicious we didn't mind Food was amazing, best steak we've ever had, and the jus! WOW Value for money as it was £1 an ounce, and the butchers cut is delicious, don't think we could afford it otherwise but we are booked in for the Thursday chateaubriand deal 👍 Thank you.

Steak was absolutely stunning. Table could of been better positioned, but all in all great experience

Shame about the amount of empty glasses on the bar . No room for our drinks to be put down whilst we waited for our table to be ready. No one made any attempt to move them we had to do this for ourselves.

Was perfect meal did have send one steak and was more rare then mid/rare back but the staff were amazing to sort it :). Drinks we really good too staff were fantastic

We have been to Ounce numerous times however this was our first time for lunch. We were very impressed with the menu especially with the prices which were very reasonable and the food was excellent.

We visit here very often and have always been impressed with the food and the staff.

Another great dinner at Ounce, although one of the steaks was overcooked, it still tasted amazing. First visit of the year and many more to come!

All 4 of us agreed that these were the best steaks we have ever had. The service was fantastic and it was great value.

Our first post Covid visit to Ounce Worcester ( though we have visited several times previously). Absolutely rammed on a Saturday night which is good for atmosphere whilst speed of service remains good. Like all restaurants prices have moved up ( though there is still a reasonably priced wine list). £9 for a starter is getting quite steep though, and £28/29 for the smallest steak ( 8oz incl. chips and a mushroom) similar. Perhaps I was unlucky on the night but my Ribeye was no more than mediocre and not up to the past standard fixed in my culinary memory. My wife was disappointed that the Pork Belly had run out because, without ordering a steak, the mains menu is very limited. So overall a bit disappointed though we will still give Ounce another chance later in the year.

As regulars here & having introduced many new customers to ounze, this was a special occasion my birthday, had to wait 15 minutes for a booked table a further 30 minutes for an order that was placed as soon as we were seated, that should only have taken 15 mins max a disappointing visit on this occasion!

Love visiting Ounce Worcester, when we had a business meeting nearby in town with our director and two of our chefs it was the only place I wanted to visit. Not disappointed, fantastic as usual.

Absolutely love this place, we can't get enough of the £1 an ounce deal on a Tuesday and Wednesday!

We had to wait for over an hour and had no apology whatsoever from any member of staff, until we went to the bar to settle the bill, however the food was excellent as usual and it is Christmas week so this hasn’t put us off returning in the new year.

Best beef ever. Service brilliant. A truly great restaurant a cut above the other Worcester venues. Thanks for a superb meal.

Booked lunch for 5,arrived a little early but the lovely waiter let us in because it was so cold outside. The table we sat at was by the entrance but unfortunately we were all cold throughout are meal. I sat with a woollen scarf on most of the time. We did mention how cold we were,first strike. The steak meal we had was lovely,the sweet course not so. We did mention it, again no response. We felt rushed They said the table was required so no time for coffee. So we left feeling let down and cold such a shame

Service was very slow and the food certainly wasn't hot when it arrived.. our table located near the rear door was a bit chilly but the staff were friendly and we would go again...
