Had a lovely evening, food was amazing as usual, steak cooked to perfection.

Food was amazing! We have ordered a steak and a chicken from the main menu plus the ham &cheese croquettes and beef Mac and cheese. Everything was tasty, piping hot and well priced

Table was ready early but at no point were we rushed. Booked for 8pm and left at 9.25pm. Great food.

When we arrived we were put in a room upstairs with no one in it and no atmosphere away from everyone.im 6ft and on entering the room smashed my head on a low door frame that caused me kneck and lower bk pain following surgery I've had..Still in pain now ! The steak was ok but not up to its usual standard and was luke warm..overall a bad experience that I won't be rushing bk for.. Such a shame! Should of stayed at home

Unfortunately, this visit was not as good as usual. The valentines special menu had to be updated and for an elevated price by 17:00 as they had run out of one of the three steaks as published in the menu. Food was also colder than usual when served. Upstairs dining was cramped. An overly camp and far to inquisitive member of staff settled the bill making this an unpleasant experience and end to the evening.

normally go on tue/wed, but tried the chateaubriand thursday. tasty but actually preferred the butchers cut over this, not just the cost element but the actual cut too. still a great meal and atmosphere though

Food drink and service was great. Loved it. The only thing I would comment is that the mash was very lumpy, and not small lumps but big lumps of potato. Otherwise excellent

The meal was exceptional, we were arriving by train and there was a fault on the line, we had to vacate at the previous stop to where we needed to get off. I rang Ounce and they were very accommodating and held our table. We have been to Ounce a Bishampton and now Worcester, we would highly recommend both. 5 ⭐️’s all the way!

In general the overall experience was ok. The atmosphere and surroundings were good. However, I ordered a 10oz medium rare fillet steak and when it arrived it was medium to well done so relatively dry in taste. I drew this to the attention of the staff and in fairness they did take it back and some fifteen minutes later returned with the replacement which was grilled to medium rare and tasted fine. Sadly as this was a Valentine’s Day meal for my wife and I the delay in my meal meant my wife was left eating on her own which was very disappointing and took the edge of what was to be a special meal for us My wife was left sitting whilst I then finished my meal. In my opinion some thought needs to be considered for the overall effect on the customers when situations like this occur and one or other ends up having finished their meal whilst waiting for the replacement meal to be prepared

The best steaks ever, you really won’t want to go anywhere else for steak!

Steak was Amazing. Starter was sebt back because it was cold in the middle. Drinks took 25 minutes to arrive after ordering. The table we were sat at was really close to the table next to us, also the heating was on way to high it was very warm. Steak was amazing service was friendly.

Both had fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Will be back.

Food was amazing, service was great, all in all a great visit. We booked for a Thursday, we have already booked for a Tuesday.
