Sunday lunch was lovely only down side was they ran out of nut roast so my son only had the vegetable but was still charged full price ??

An enjoyable visit once again. Couple of issues we’ve had when we’ve visited; the service isn’t as good as it could be. We had to ask for the drinks order to be taken, for the bill and for the card machine. The staff could be more attentive. We were an earlier booking and it wasn’t busy by any means therefore it’s a shame this happened. The one steak was not cooked to the correct request however they took the steak swiftly and popped it on the griddle for longer. Overall would recommend however they are let down by the service.

Family meal at ounce, yet again mouth watering steaks were served and eaten with great enjoyment. Cannot wait for next visit, great staff, great value and lovely place.

Nice ambiance to the restaurant. Starters were large and very nice . Steaks were good just a little tough and not as juicy as I would like. But overall not bad.

We’ve been to Ounce many times and it’s normally great service so it was disappointing on this visit as didn’t match up to our normal experience. Food was still good but we had to ask for everything as the service was so slow.

Amazing place! Especially on Tuesday & Wednesday when it’s only £1 a ounce! The steak falls apart in your mouth it’s that good!

Very good value for money, with lovely staff all round

Food was good as always. What spoilt it was the table was booked for 6PM we were shown to it at quarter to 6 and at 10 to 7 we were being asked to move to the bar. I would have thought you would be given at least an hour. Maybe it should be made clear the length of time you are allowed to have the table for. This is really disappointing and has put us off going back.

Great service, we were sat in what felt like a small cubby hole though. The food was great and came out hot and thoroughly enjoyable.
