Fabulous food in lovely surroundings with great service - perfect!

Very good staff and lovely quality food, in good location

Used a groupon deal. £24 for 3 course meal for 2 people, saving £50 something. Food quality good, lots of flavours, possibly an overload in fact. Had 2 sides of fries and seasonal veg. These, at £3.75each, were very overpriced for the tiny size of portions. Would've preferred more authentic music playing in the background rather than modern pop. Had a lovely evening with hubby but won't pay the full price here as didn't feel it was good value for what we got.

We were the only people in the restaurant for most of the time we were in (Thursday lunchtime) which was a bit of a shame, particularly given that we've been told that they are fully booked every weekend for the next six weeks! Beautiful environment and attentive service, but would want to see how the staff perform given more tables to deal with! Little bit pricey for what we had, and the lunch menu is quite hard to navigate.

The food and atmosphere was very good and we all enjoyed our meals. The only slight negative was the reluctance of the waitress to serve the wine.

Left feeling underwhelmed Decor lovely in restaurant Front bar that you have to walk through in and out is all wrong ... loud loud music Bright lights with a motorbike ???? Nice to get around the corner into the restaurant Waiting staff are not the best , just putting the wine on the table and walking away is very poor .. and screwtop bottles Sorry it’s a french restaurant And they kept dropping things to the point ran out of starters as the last portion of mussels were dropped. Wine list is very poor a Provence rosè not in sight .sorry but all the rage now and it’s french Food is ok .. Chips with our chateaubriand were not cooked , steaks were nice though The waitress got grumpy with us on a couple of occasions as we’re discussing what to have between our group , it all seemed very hurried and not what we were expecting Then again on leaving front bar so loud with rock music , why not lower the music and play some classics. Slow it down it’s not a nightclub it’s a restaurant and bar Lose the motorbike !!! Smarten up The doormen Change the ambience and it could be a real winner

Lovely restaurant, i like the quirky little touches like turning the light over to go red for service. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely time for the first time! Beautiful hot food with great service! The only down side is that we were next to a couple who kept moaning to staff about things and were very rude to them! Which we thought was uncalled for! Particularly the bloke - very grumpy!

The service from the minute we arrived until we left was perfect,not in your face,the food was excellent,served on proper plates,no roof tiles here,me and the wife will be back very soon,thank you.

Amazing food, beautiful ambience and incredible service all at a great price. Highly recommend Paris. Will definitely be back

Menu A bit confusing but nice food when it arrived

Music too loud for a "romantic meal" . Too dark to read the menu! No way to eat the olives! Had to ask. And it came with melba toast ( I wanted olives not toast! ). Good was tasty and well presented but no specials board ( menu limited ). All in, not what was advertised. Petit Paris is MUCH better in my opinion.

Excellent food and service was good on a busy Friday night, music a little loud but not so that it would put me off going again. Reasonable prices for the quality as well. All of our group said that we would happily return.

Food was excellent but a very limited lunch menu. Lighting was also a little too dark. Still, the place is well worth a visit.

We had olives for a starter which were actually the best olives I've had in nottingham. Then we went straightt to main...We had the Chateaubriand (fillet for two) which was sublime. Washed down with a beautiful chilled bottle of Sauvignon blanc. oh and french fries of course! Would go again

Food was decidedly average. Steak was tasteless and over cooked as if kept warm too long. Arrived with the wrong sauce. Not sure they know what they’re trying to be. Music was too loud in the restaurant to talk without shouting. They need to decide if they want to be a trendy bar or fine dining.

Disappointing service by inexperienced staff. Food ok but nothing special. prices competitive. Won’t go back.
