From Peruvian ceviche and Uruguayan wet-aged steaks to pisco sours and the exclusively South American wine list, guests are in for a treat when dining at this Manchester city centre restaurant. As mentioned, the pop-up is inside The Cotton Factory on Princess Street and offers a spacious and modern restaurant space, as well as an open kitchen for diners to watch the chefs at work.
