First time here, but won't be the last. The restaurant, like most, sadly had very few customers, but the whole team went above and beyond to see we were well looked after. Music slightly too loud. Food really good, decor great too. We are just picking a date for our next visit.

A welcome addition to Brentwood High St. Food was delicious, service excellent and ambience good. Covid procedures were top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We’ll be back

Went on Valentine’s Day, food was nice but service was a bit slow due to how busy the restaurant was.

It was a fantastic dinner, with fast service and nice staff. Not too loud, and although it's fairly expensive, it's definitely great value for money.

Staff were quite abrupt over the phone and took a long time to bring all food but the kids had to wait the longest However once the food finally cane tasted amazing

Service was incredibly slow. We wasn’t shown to our table and then waited ages for food. We wanted desert but we waited 30 mins from getting the desert menu. Not sure I’d return.

The service was absolutely shocking. We got there and our waiter took our coats which was fine, but then sat us down at a table and left us with no menus (not even a drink menu) for at least 10 minutes and another couple were sat next to us after us and given menus and their drinks immediately. We actually had to call someone over to give us our menus. It wasn’t even busy at this point. We eventually got our menus and our waiter was blunt and miserable. We then waited 45mins for our starters from when we sat down. Our mains then took ages and our plates for our starters were only cleared when our mains came out. Even then the rice we were served was barely lukewarm. By this time I’d finished my drink and asked for a wine list and another waiter came over with mayonnaise instead of the wine list. I tried to get peoples attention to actually get another drink but by this time I had almost finished my main so there was no point. We asked for the bill and to remove the service charge which the waiter was completely unphased by and we left but had to get our own coats off of the rail as it was unattended. In all, which was suppose to be a nice romantic dinner ended up being one of the worst experiences we’ve had when it comes to going out for a meal. We’ve decided that we wouldn’t ever return to Pivaz Brentwood and would suggest other people do the same until they had new staff that actually want to give people a good dining experience.

8 of us went there for a meal for my son's 21st. The service was excellent and attentive giving us plenty off time to make out chose. The food was excellent and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend.

Nothing went well for us at Pivaz. Not great at all.

Very disappointed with this experience as I had sent an email with the food order a day before so that the 8 of us wouldn’t have to wait too long on a busy a Saturday night. Unfortunately, we still waited over an hour, and had awful service. Wish I hadn’t paid the 12.5% service charge that was automatically added to the bill :(

Food was good however the service was incredibly poor. We were in the restaurant for 2 hours and only got offered a drink by the waiter at the start of the meal after that it seemed that all waiters were unavailable. Not sure if this was due to short staff but when we eventually ended up flagging one down we ended up ordering two rounds just because of how long it took for them to arrive at out table. Needless to say that cocktails aren't the same once they have sat for a little while. At this price the service really isn't good enough, also overheard other tables requesting for the service charge to be removed which obviously isn't a good sign.
