I’ve been here a few times now, Great food, great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very miserable and unhelpful lady. I said that my table was booked for 9 and at 10 to 9 it wasn’t ready so she said go upstairs to get a drink. The bar upstairs was far too small and busy! I then came down to check on the table and she dealt with a group of 14 first, after looking straight through me. Then 4 new people came in and she greeted them. I then went to her because I was disgusted by her ignoring me. I asked about the table and she said it was in fact ready ... again in a rude tone! Our starters were all very good but 5 out of 6 of the meals were cold- 4 of them were lamb and 1 was prawns... by this time we were starving (10.15) so we just ate it but did complain. This was such a shame because the flavours were lovely but serving cold food is completely unacceptable. The moussaka was hot but all the fish and meat dishes were cold. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a free drink and a discount. A disappointing birthday experience.

Nice decor, food good but small portions and overpriced. Disappointed that there was only 2 of us and the service charge was added to the bill.

We had a lovely joint birthday family meal on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was very quiet, but had a lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and really helpful, I felt we paid a fair price, though I'm not a fan of service charges being added to the bill and not being at the diners discretion. We'd definitely come back!

Disappointing service ! We were served our drinks and our order was taken - unlike other restaurants no bread was provided and our main courses were delivered. At no time did anyone ask how our meals were. We had to ask for another drink , we were NOT offered any other drinks , desserts or coffee . After an hour of being ignored we asked for the bill only to find service had been added . Food was fine but service very unsatisfactory .

wow what a restaurant to look at, the decor/style is New York in a nut shell, however the starters were poorly plated, my main was cold and overcooked, but desert was delicious. I’d give it one more go to redeem themselves. Get atmosphere inside. Amazing look, but expected more from the food that was served. Service very good.

Awful service. Waited over 40 minutes once seated to order drinks and had to flag down a waiter in order to do so who was avoiding eye contact at all costs

Visited last night for my boyfriends birthday. Overall great food, really quick and tasted amazing. Lovely, friendly staff, also had entertainment which was a nice touch to the evening! Would definitely recommend

Good food and nice selection of wine but the overall experience felt very rushed. Immediately told we only had the table for 1.5hours, despite being urged by the host to go to the upstairs bar first for a drink (had we done so we would have had even less time to eat). Once seated we felt very pressured to order and eat quickly. This is no criticism of the wait staff who were very friendly- they are clearly just following orders. I understand Pivaz needs to be ready for a second sitting but it should ensure that the reservations are adequately spaced apart to help provide a more relaxed customer experience. At the moment, Pivaz’s priorities are more skewed in the favour of table turnover than customer experience - something that should be equally valued as that can have a similarly positive impact on the business as seating lots of customers to make more money.

We visited Pivaz on a Tuesday evening, it is a beautiful restaurant inside with lovely managers and waiters serving. I was impressed by our drinks, best pornstar martini I have ever had and who doesn’t love a 2 for 1 offer! The food was amazing! The King Prawns in Garlic Butter for Starter was amazing as well as the Calamari! Mains were delicious and the rice it is served with has so much flavour! The waiter was kind enough to sing happy birthday and have happy birthday with the name of my partner written on our desert plate which made it extra special! The managers were very accommodating with this! I would definitely return to Pivaz, the only down side was the no near by parking but that would not stop me from returning!

Amazing friendly and helpful staff! Quick service and delicious food serived with a smile. Eligent decor with plenty of space. Fantastic live band upstairs with enthusiastic bar staff.

Great food, attentive staff, booked a table for two last minute . Glad we did . Live music in the upstairs bar also very good. Will certainly return.

Delicious food with a great menu selection. The service is great and the decor and atmosphere makes it a perfect place for a date night or special occasion. I recommend the garlic prawns for main!

A great restaurant - the food was delicious, the service was excellent and to top it all there was live music. We visited with several friends and everyone loved it. We would definitely recommend Pivaz.

We attended on Saturday 22nd December. Really enjoyed food and atmosphere only criticism would be the service was rubbish! Never came over apart from delivering food.

We always love coming to this restaurant with our friends and family (under 5’s) the kids are looked after and the food is amazing. The staff are very attentive and friendly so a big thumbs up x

Excellent service, staff were very attentive, however we didn’t feel rushed. Food was of a good standard, the fish that we ordered was fresh and well cooked.

Staff was friendly & attentive, lovely bar upstairs, food was average. I had chicken & lamb which was fatty. Probably won’t visit again, very disappointing.

The staters were amazing especially the grilled king prawns ! Would also recommend the calamari and halloumi. The drinks were lovely and there was no waiting too long for the food to come. Will be going back soon x

Food was mediocre, small portions nothing special for the price you could get better from a good Turkish takeaway! If fact had better from one!
